apart from a bit away from the city centre, the place is amazing, the staff are really helpful, the rooms are neat and clean, bus stops and supermarkets are nearby.

Expensive underwhelming breakfast. Not a good location. Although, the staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel was fine for a one night stay but would never book a long term stay here. The amenities were out of date and underwhelming.

nice place but check eating area ....
Very nice people there Spoke some good English So I was able to do my business Price very reasonable But I will include this to hopefully help them . There kitchen and eating area was not cleaned properly Maybe they could have left some windows open, In there Was a weird smell. Affected the food Made hard to eat Probably they could clean a little more thoroughly in back area something not right and get more air in there.......

Inexpensive, very clean hotel in a quiet location.
The hotel is conveniently located across the road from the supermarket and a few minutes walk from an Italian restaurant, which is very handy as the hotel's restaurant closes quite early (6 or 7pm). I have arrived after 7pm, hungry like a wolf and didn't feel like going to the restaurant outside the hotel as I was tired and it was dark outside. Quite basic, but not expensive and most important - very clean! The staff was helpful and speaks English. Unfortunately, I cannot comment on anything else as I was there for one night only.

Nice hotel
Almost everything was nice. Except: 1. It was early april and it was very cold in the room at nights. They tried to do something (excellent stuff!) but the only result was strange hammering inside radiators during the night. 2. The beds are equipped with rubberized waterproof top mattress covers. Very uncomfortable.

Lovely hotel
My daughter and I had a very nice stay at the Wilanow. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The local bus service into the Centre was very close by and even during the Christmas period we were surprised to find how frequent they were. The only slight problem we had was with breakfast as they tended to clear away all the breakfast things before the time specified. However they did feed us in the end!! Would recommend this Hotel to friends.

An excellent value
The hotel is very reasonably priced in an out-of-the way neighborhood. The room wasn't fancy but comfortable and clean. For a small extra charge, we took advantage of the breakfast and enjoyed that. The staff were helpful and friendly and there was always someone who spoke English (we don't speak Polish)

We only used the hotel as a base. We noticed it is used a lot for business as it was full in the week but quite at the weekend. But was clean the staff were friendly and reception spoke English.

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall a good hotel for a night. The walls are quite thin and we could hear the neighbours. It would be nice if we could have a double room rather than a twin. We stayed at the hotel to attend a wedding. It was also the closest hotel to the Wilanow Palace.

Hotel Wilanow was conveniently located to our Warsaw destinations. The rooms are not fancy but they are comfortable and nice. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

It's not pretty
Let's be positive, rooms are of a good size, staff are helpful, shower was good. But it's outdated, out of town and the restaurant is in a separate building - the carpets in the rooms feel as though they need a deep clean. I booked this in error with hindsight, confusing this location with Da Silva's excellent Warzsawa Airport Hotel. If your choices and budget are limited - it won't kill you but it will cost you a zl.50 taxi ride from the airport.

Pleasant hotel, not in the centre of Warsaw but close to many buses which take only about 20 minutes. Much cheaper than city hotels. Quiet and comfortable - the only problem being the lack of air-conditioning in very hot sticky weather. the hotel did promptly supply a fan which helped. Breakfast not included but available nearby and very substantial buffet style - again really good value for money.

I was looking a reasonably priced hotel with wireless Internet and parking. This was a good hotel, clean and comfortable and great nite staff service. My impression was this was at least as good as other three star hotels I had stayed in recently. I left early so cannot comment on the breakfast. In a residential area so need car or cab to get there.

Very good ** standard. Quiet area in a housing estate, 5 min. walk to the bus stop, 30 min by bus to the Central Station or Old City (by night the buses go as well).Grocery in front of the hotel. The room and the bathroom very clean. The staff helpfull.
