Great location, great accomodation. We were here for the SLSNZ IRB Nationals, no time for anything other than attend, sleep & repeat, we didn’t even get to cook or use any local faculties or attractions. Very comfortable would definitely stay again

Relaxing time close to the beach
Enjoyable walks along the beach. The veranda off the lounge was an excellent play pen for our two year old. The horses in the paddock across the road made good talking points.

our stay in a great location with super views
having bad weather for the entirety of our stay it did not daunt the great location and views. however, it should be noted that, a. cooking appliances, ie, frypans drastically need replacing as the cooking surfaces have worn. b. as the weather wasn't the best we tried to watch TV. Unfortunately we could only watch the one channel as the remote would not function further. Maybe instructions on its use should be made available. c. windows could do with a thorough wash insise and out out. Over all a great location but the holiday home itself could do with a major update.

Thanks for your feedback, a lot of the cooking appliances and linens will be replaced in the new year when we visit Warrington ourselves. We are aware of the problem with the TV remote thats why we left a generic remote for changing the channels and we will get our cleaner onto a good window clean as soon as possible. Great location
Very easy to walk down a little path to the beach. Wonderful beach. Amazing amounts of wildflowers. The house has everything and plenty of space. The photos and description represent well the house and the view. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Weekend at Warrington
What a wonderful house. It was clean and all the extra touches like the towels on the beds were so appreciated. The views are amazing and we loved our walks on the beach. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely weekend

Great Location for privacy & amazing view
The downfall was the anount of hair in bathroom and shower from prior guests. Floor mat extremely old and paper thin. Very chilly in winter with poor heater in the Master. Definitely a fantastic summer location!!!! Small TV for cuddling up at night for movie time and no internet at the property.

Another slice of paradise in NZ
The property is warm, clean with ensuite in main bedroom which in a kiwi Bach is a luxury! Short walk to the most beautiful beach where you can swim and surf. Close to Dunedin too in you need an urban fix. Go to sleep listening to the waves.

Great spot, but a bit neglected
This is a spacious rental with great outdoor decks just steps from the ocean. Its got a lot going for it, especially if you surf or have kids who want to get out on the beach. Fair warning the path down is a bit steep, so those with mobility challenges may want to take the long way round. Its also worth noting they have both a clothes washer and dryer (which was rare in our NZ rentals), especially useful for drying out that swimwear before you leave. The trip down to Dunedin is just over 15 minutes easy drive. Its not quite paradise though. There were dead bugs clinging to the lights, mildew in the bathroom, and sticky floors in the kitchen when we arrived. It needs a day's good scrubbing to get it ready for the next visitor season. The host also didn't contact us in advance, nor respond to VRBO messages. He did answer his mobile though, and was able to get us the access codes to get in. It was a cozy, quiet place to stay that could be a lot nicer with just a bit of effort.

Perfect spot for a quiet holiday by the beach
Lovely, quiet, cozy bach with all the essentials. Perfect location for the beach. Good communication from the owner. Warm and sunny. Only negative was some of the dishes and utensils needed a clean before use.

The sound of the sea in relaxed setting
Loved staying here. The owner communicated easily. We were taking elderly parents who needed the en suite bathroom and minimal steps. The house was unfussy. It had everything we needed and it felt very homely and comfortable. We loved the view. Access to the beach was a little tricky on the short cut for unsteady oldies but possible to drive down on 4WD track. We would love to come back. Many great things to do in the area.

Perfectly situated in a delightful little village. We three "older" women enjoyed walks and abundant bird life. Waitati village round the road is a great place to explore. The Garden centre was very tempting. Unfortunately a family covid outbreak cut our stay short. Will be back.

Break away from the mountains
Lovely weekend away at a beautiful beach. Enjoyed beach walks, brews at the brewery, and a mountain bikeride at Herbert forest, and Signal Hill as we dropped our uni aged son home. Will get in the water next time. We were a bit soft!

Loved this location a short walk to the beach. The house was a cozy home away from home. The was prompt communication from the owner. The fact it was pet friendly and we could bring our dogs as well. Lovely spot with fabulous view of beach and stunning sunrises. Suitable for families with all appliances and everything you could need.
