Lovely welcome from the owners and beautifully presented motel. Rooms are super clean, honest traditional motel style in great condition. It’s a great place to stop!

Well kept and easy on the eye. The kids loved it as they thought having an extra bedroom was fancy haha. Was a nice property within walking distance of most ammenities and the information book was filled with guides for food including menu’s and a plethora of other info. Would stay again for sure!

A very warm welcome on arrival, fresh milk provided for a mug of tea. Rooms clean and amenable. Overall, a most pleasant two-night stay.

A cheery and friendly greeting on arrival. Our room was a generous size, clean, tidy and well presented. The grounds of the motel were immaculate which added to welcome. On departure we were offered bottled water for our journey. Overall a lovely experience. Thank you.

The property was very clean and well kept. The manager was very helpful and kind . The position of the property was easy to fix and close to amenities. The pillows were new but a bit too hard. Otherwise an excellent stay and I would definitely recommend it.

Above average country motel
The Hermitage motel is better than your average country motel. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful. The motel room and grounds were spotless, I have never seen a place so clean. The location was walking distance to shops and restaurants.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hermitage Motor Inn. Our room was very clean and spacious with beautifully made up beds, comfortable pillows and more than enough power points to charge all the electronic equipment we seem to travel with these days. Accessibility was excellent which was important as one of our party currently has a knee issue. Our host was very friendly and very helpful in providing us with dining options nearby and also in the cbd. The owners/managers obviously take pride in providing a well run, friendly and well maintained property for their customers. We highly recommend the Hermitage Motor Inn to anyone seeking accommodation in Wangaratta
