"Not clean and very shabby need a walk in shower and it was dirty and couldn’t reach the shower wand water went everywhere not a well maintained facility"

"Mariah was very nice however the pool was closed “because it rained earlier today” which seemed like a silly reason, so the kids weren’t able to swim after riding in the car which was the plan. The room key stopped working and had to be replaced after we had to go back to the front desk several times. The room was fine, the carpet needs to be replaced. FYI the Cracker Barrel next door was absolutely horrific but it was literally the only dining option in the area."
