"We were surprised with the newly renovated hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly. When I told him we could not catch the next morning train back to Shin-Osaka with their regular shuttle service, he offered to help us to book taxi and printed out train schedule with platform on/off outlined. View from our corner room 456 was stunning. We booked fish dinner which was good, breakfast was a bit boring Japanese rice but they provide enough coffee for coffee addict ;-)"

"The hotel room was terribly dirty. It seems no one cleaned the room after the previous chek out. Fortunately the bathroom was nicely cleaned. There were here on the pilow. There was dust on the floor. Someone's ornaments was also there in the rooms. Overall the room was not clean at all."

"Great stay! The staff were excellent and drove us to marina city. We had a simple but lovely breakfast and the staff were always very helpful. Would recommend to those who enjoy the beach! Thank you for the stay!!!"
