"Open plan kitchen/living area, 3 bedrooms and separate rooms for the loo and shower/bath. Decks out front and back. Lovely view. There’s a wood burner and loads of logs under the house. The house is fairly well insulated. Shops are 90mins away in Carterton. Bring loo paper! Tap water is from a tank and had a bit of an odd taste, fine for kettle & washing up.
