Hi there, Thank you for reviewing us. We would love to hear more detail from you regarding your stay, particularly your accommodation type. Not all of our cabins have air conditioning and we have just performed routine servicing on our motels that do have air conditioning. We are unaware of any issues with any of our air conditioning units and unfortunately were not made aware of any issues during your stay. One thing we can say is that it has been a fabulous but hot summer!

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to give us a great and honest review. We took over the park 6 months ago and have managed to refurbish half of our cabins before summer. All other cabins are next on the list and should be completed by the end of winter! New mattresses have just been ordered for the remaining handful of cabins that currently have firm mattresses. Updating our cabins is a huge focus of ours this year and we can't wait for you to return and enjoy a comfortable stay in our freshly updated cabins :) Mike & Bec

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. We are happy that your family enjoyed our facilities and our lovely location. The room type you are describing is one of our Self Contained Units which currently does not include top bedding or towels for the set of bunks. While the details of the room are stated in the room description, it is coming to our attention that guests are often not noticing this during the booking process. Since taking over the park 5 months ago, we have realised that by supplying full bedding to all beds in our park we will increase customer satisfaction and make our room types and inclusions easier to understand. We expect this change along with many other exciting additions to be implemented early next year. In the meantime, we are always happy to supply extra towels and shampoo at no extra charge, all guests have to do is ask. In regards to your pricing query, our low and shoulder season pricing is based on a 2 person minimum per room. You then have the option to add additional guests at a per person rate if required. The reason for this pricing as apposed to a 'room rate' is to make the rooms more affordable for 2 person bookings. Thank you for your honest and great review, we really appreciate it.
