At a glance, it looks nice and well kept in entry and main areas… however the dirty pool made our whole family sick. Shower liner was dirty yellow/brown and smelled of mildew and complete funk.

The front desk staff member was friendly and the facility is clean and comfortable. The cafe staff, however friendly, seemed to have very little training. I had dinner the night I checked in, and breakfast the next morning; I was served by different staff members and the experience was extremely slow both times.

We checked in and our room was very hot, ac was broken and my pillow had a blood stain, we then got transfer to another room. However half the floor was under construction and the halls where very hot and smelled of sewerage, for what I paid this was very disappointing and frustrating

We came to this hotel as our other hotel we booked had a broken window & didn’t have any extra rooms. Our house has frozen pipes and was at 44 degrees. With 2 small children stay there was not an option. This hotel was very clean! The staff was VERY friendly! We will always come back to this o Hotel

This hotel was so clean! The staff was super friendly and accomodating. Honestly, I will not stay anywhere else when I visit Waco. Why go elsewhere when you have found the best?

It was okay, a little overpriced for the condition of the hotel. Several cosmetic things could be done. The tub was stained, lots of hair in the bed, the sink drain was clogged. Several letters missing from signs throughout and the elevators run very slow.

Outside appeal was pretty. Lobby area was clean and bright. Did not like that i could hear the people next door through the wall. There was a crack on the corner of the wall from ceiling to floor.
