Family friendly and relaxing
Resort was family friendly and staff were well-trained and friendly. We loved having the playground and the spa facility was excellent!

When you stay at Etno Selo you can use the pools from Fruske Terme hotel which is at the same property, however you cannot use the elevator to get to the pools which are about 3 levels down from the main entrance. Only stairs are available which are a bit hard for older people or those not used to use several flights of stairs. There is an elevator however we were not allowed to use it to access the pools. Very strange

Dear, Thank you for staying at the Vrdnička kula Ethno Complex. Guests who are accommodated in our complex have the use of a complete wellness center in the hotel Fruške Terme, included in the price, but must register at the wellness reception where towels and bathrobes are picked up, as well as bracelets. Only guests of the Fruške Terme hotel can access the wellness center via an elevator, as the elevator responds to their room cards. We hope to have the opportunity to host you in the future. Overall beautiful place to visit. Delicious food. Some improvement needed with basic supplies( such as there was no hair conditioner and/or coffee, creamer).

Im Zimmer befanden sich Kakerlaken. Es war sehr unhygienisch. Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich und wollte uns trotz den Kakerlaken nicht ein anderes Zimmer geben. Das einzige was gemacht wurde, wurde gestaubsaugt. Einfach nur schrecklich. Überhaupt nicht empfehlenswert.
