Snorkel gear available at front desk at 150 for mask and snorkel, though not great quality. "If you like off the beaten path, this is a good choice. For the most part, staff was understanding and very helpful. Getting in and out of the resort area requires going through a gate and guard. Getting to villa umi requires a walk down the beach, but the staff comes out in force to help with bags. Meals were a little slow but worth the wait. Very clean and staff was very attentive."

"This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel and for good reason, because reliability is worth its weight in gold. At Sempre you can always expect kind and helpful service from the front desk, clean rooms due to the diligent cleaning staff, and great food at the Sempre Cafe. I would yet again highly recommend this place for both solo travelers as well as families. I have also used the shuttle service both to and from the airport and made it to where I needed to go with plenty of time. 10/10...
