As soon as we walk into the room we are hit by the humid like heavy smell, the dust on all areas on the room was very very visible (how can they miss that), the floor looked it has never seen a mop.... the worse of all The bathroom... mouldy walls, hairs on the walls, sink, shower and bidet... disgusting...
