Very noisy because too close from the highway. Didn’t like the room: old mattress and linen. Room and facilities are outdated. Breakfast was bad quality. Overall overpriced for the service.

Nice family hotel next to Futuroscope.
We were only staying overnight en route to holiday destination. Hotel caters really well for families visiting Futuroscope. But otherwise there is not much to do. Hotel is nice, and very clean. Staff in restaurant is very young and we had a few mishaps. But we would stay again if looking for accommodation in area.

2nd stay at this hotel : probably the best Novotel (by far) I have stayed at. Great rooms, much better than the average Novotels, and excellent breakfast selection.

My Stay at Novotel Futuroscope.
I had a good stay at the hotel. The hotel had good parking and was very close to the A10 motorway, which good for long journeys form Spain to the UK via France. The bar and restaurant were a good size and provided a good selection of food and drinks. In addition , they had a heated outdoor pool, which appeared to be popular. The rooms were a good size with very modern facilities included an easy to use air conditioning system, that was needed on a hot day. Overall a very nice hotel and at a decent price.

Great location - walking distance for Futuroscope and easy drive into Poitiers. Good breakfasts and the pool was welcome in hot weather

Great kid friendly hotel close to Futuroscope
Great place to stay with the family for a trip to Futuroscope! Very kid friendly with a little games room, toys for the kids and even a free pencil case and pencils. Good food, great service even down to quickly organising a room change (including putting up a cot and a spare bed) to allow us an early check in. 10 min walk (with toddler!) to the park. Would definitely stay here again if I was going to Futuroscope.

The swimming pool needs an upgrade
Excellent hotel but the swimming pool needs new blue tiles as installed in modern times....also the swimming pool area needs some love.

Great rest stopover
Hotel located right by the motorway, but rooms are still very quiet. Very easy parking, great facilities for late night eating and early breakfast. Would stay again.

Check your credit card statements!
I pre-paid for my stay with Expedia, but like all hotels they insisted on my taking my card details on arrival and when I got home and checked my credit card statement I found they'd taken the money off me for the nights stay even though I'd already paid through Expedia. Good luck trying to complain to Novotel - they only have a premium rate phone number to call or a web form to fill in. If you fill in the web-form, as I did, they don't send you a copy of what you've filled in so you have no record that you've complained. I'm having to go through my credit card company. Won't be staying at a Novotel again!

Fire alarm went off at 6am. We were given absolutely guidance from staff on why and when it was safe to come in.

Good hotel a few minutes walk from Futuroscope
Basic amenities in the room but very clean and comfortable (great night's sleep!). Great location for Futuroscope and nice restaurant (only opens at 7pm so if u have little ones it could be an issue) service a little slow but they have a bar 😍

3 hour drive from Caen ferry was easy. 2am check in no problem Comfortable beds with a very good breakfast Had fun at futureoscope next day -5 min walk away Would definitely stay again

Did not expect the hotel to be so difficult to find when approaching from Poitiers centre. The pool was lovely.

Close to the Futuroscope but it's an old hotel
The room was absolutely not a 4 stars room - We found a comfy bed and a flat TV but the bathroom was probably built in the 60's with only plastic stuff. The room was small and smelt funny. Avoid the restaurant there, the food was more than disappointing for this brand and the staff wasn't better.

Overnight stay on way down south

Futurescope Novotel good base for a visit
Fourth visit to this hotel; typical Novotel with friendly staff, good food ( very pricey breakfast though), comfy beds , small bathroom and toilet but a big room. On this visit had a problem with the air conditioning and the wing with our room was looking a bit tired in places. That said, continues to offer reasonable quality and service for the price.

Futurescope Novotel friendly and comfortable
This was our third stay at the hotel. It is a very typical Novotel; very friendly staff, good food ( ludicrously expensive breakfast), very comfy beds, small bathrooms and toilet but big rooms. It all works and you know what to expect, which is good when planning a journey.

Great stopover hotel
One night stopover on way to south of France. Really easy to find just off the motorway. Room was comfy enough although slightly cramped for 4 (to be fair the kids are 17 & 14). Would stay again

Perfectly reasonable
Largish 'superior' family room, well located for Futuroscope (get the free bus or 7 minute walk), friendly staff. Air conditioning works but looks like it was designed for the Soviet Union and couldn't be adjusted. Nice pool though big sign insists on speedo-style swimwear (which we ignored without consequences - does anyone outside of competition or France still wear these?)

Nice hotel within walking distance of future scope
We took our grandchildren for whistle stop tour of France they both enjoyed futurescope and the drive down La Rochelle which was a little longer drive than we thought before then heading back to Paris

Brilliant Novotel Poitiers
Wonderful, just wonderful. Good food, good rooms, pet friendly, plenty of parking, and very helpful staff. We had a problem with a broken key on our trailer lock, and maintenance helped us to sort it out so we could continue our journey, they could not have been more helpful. Thanks Novotel. Five stars

A great weekend break
A very good hotel only a short walk to Futuroscope. Nice room and very good breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff who speak good English.
