Staff was one of the friendliest and helpful we ever had in our travels. Breakfast and dining room were top of the line. Almost everything we wanted to see was within easy walking distance. Definitely will book it again

Great location, be mindful of the room choice
This hotel is great for the location but that’s about it. Be careful when booking, a lot of the rooms open only into an interior part. The bathroom was so tiny, the toilet felt like I was on an airplane. The shower was maybe 2 feet by 2 feet at most.

A classic hotel nestled into the Inner Stadt, it is near a myriad of restaurants, cafes, and the many sights to see. Connections can be readily made to the metro and trams to get most anywhere you want. Staff was great and very helpful. The breakfast is quite good. Well recommended.

The hotel is right in the city centre and within walking distance to all the sights. The staff are friendly and professional. The free buffet breakfast has many options and was plentiful. Rooms are comfy and linens/towels are fresh.

Excellent Hotel in Vienna
The hotel location could not have been better. We were right by St. Peter's and St. Stephen's cathedrals in the center of town. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was great. The room was clean. Parking was offsite, but not far away. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Vienna.

It is a beautiful hotel in a very good location. Staff is friendly and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised by wide choice of food on breakfast. Room is nice and has everything for comfortable stay. Although, small fridge would be a good addition. We definitely recommend hotel Wandl.

Excellent hotel, very central
I booked this hotel as it seemed central and was fairly well priced considering. We had booked the Spanish Riding School and it is just a 5 minute walk. The location is immense, right in the centre, 2 minute walk from Stephansplatz underground. The hotel is lovely, traditional, yet very comfortable and has beautiful breakfast room with a good selection of breakfast. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Only downside was our internal room (403) was sooooo hot!! Our 2 windows looked into a central atrium, so we missed having a view to the outside or chance of fresh air. The ceiling fan was on constantly but was noisy. Aircon is fitted but not yet commissioned. The bathroom was immaculate with lovely toiletries, but a small step up into the bathroom which we kept tripping over!! Robes and slippers are provided and the room as compact yet comfortable. I had asked for 2 single beds as I was travelling with my mother, but other rooms looked much more bright and spacious - but it was very comfortable, and at the end of the day, we were only there to sleep not spend all day

Convenient location was a huge plus! Did I mention the amazing breakfast buffet - so many choices! The entire hotel was so classy and decorated especially nice for the holidays. I would definitely stay again!

The hotel is in a great location. It has polite staff and a nice breakfast. On the other side, our room didn't have a window facing the outside. The AC was unable to cool down a space to have a comfortable sleep and throughout the hotel, there are things that haven't been updated for decades (e.g. the room doors, elevator, and room furniture...). We had higher expectation for the price.

Wonderful place to stay! Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The only things missing that would have been nice were a mini fridge and a kettle for coffee/tee. Breakfast was excellent, great buffet spread. Location was perfect.

Hotel Wandl gave us 5* treatment from the moment we arrived. It is a wonderful hotel right on the doorstep for bars restaurants underground stop at Stephensplatz. Shopping and markets . The Buffett breakfast has something for everyone and everywhere was immaculate. The staff were all amazing and went above and beyond to make sure our friend had a lovely birthday trip .. We will be back .. Thankyou everyone

Beautiful small hotel. Friendly staff. Great location. Great breakfast. The only down part was that there was a huge construction happening in front of the hotel which didn’t bother us. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel Wandl is beautiful! The rooms are spacious and decorated nice. The breakfast is delicious and has a wide variety of food and drinks. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel is perfect for walking to restaurants, shopping and the train.
