Our room smelled like smoke. We are allergic to smoke and we thought we were staying in a smoke-free room and hotel. Carpets in the halls and rooms were all stained and needed to be cleaned or replaced.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful with advice on where to go and what to see. The room was very comfortable and spacious, though a bit worn around the edges.

Very helpful staff
In general it is a very good hotel, rooms are very comfortable and with good amenities, but you have to be in a refurbished/ renovated room. Staff are extremely helpful and very accommodating, breakfast service is great with lots of choices. Location is great and not far from centre and within walking distance.

Staff were very helpful and polite - breakfast staff was poor and not forthcoming in filling up or replenish food once gone - we arrive an hour prior to final service and we had to ask where half the food was and they reluctantly replaced some food but not all food

This property was clean and well kept . The room was very spacious . Only disappointing thing was no view , the room was opposite other rooms which were overlooked

This hotel was within walking distance to stephansplatz and near a nice grocery store. Rooms are huge and air conditioned. Lovely buffet breakfast! I would definitely stay here again!

The staff were helpful when there was a problem with the room that they had originally allocated. This room was at the back of the hotel level with a grubby roof and was in direct line of an exhaust fan from another building.The cooling was also broken. The reception staff managed to source a more suitable room, which then made our stay very pleasant. Within reasonable walking distance of central sights and accessible to public transport.The breakfast was a very good choice of everything you could wish for. Room was spacious and well appointed.

the location was very good, the staff was friendly The bed was a small queen, instead of the advertised king for the classic suite. The room was old and the carpet worn out. Shower was in the bathtub. The room was completely different from what was shown in the pictures

Great huge suite. We stayed only for few hours but was good. Location is very good. It was a bit confusing but it is close to swedenplatz U station. You can walk to Stephansplatz. Did not have breakfast but in the room you have a little refrigerator plates cups glasses and a kettle with 2 tea begs. Lots of amenities and nice towels. You can feel the place is a bit old but for one night it was good. You can buy a parking voucher from hotel’s reception.

The location is great. Located in a quite place but just 5mins walk to the metro station and 10mins walk to all the tourist attractions. Staff are all very nice. Just one poor comment will be the charges of slippers and the shower is not good. Water pressure of our shower is low which take us longer time of usage.

Perfect Stay
My first time in Vienna with my Spanish girlfriend, the first impression on my room is good & large it's a suite, it makes me feels like a home with a mini kitchen with a microwave and all the full dinning equipments. The hotel receptionists & staffs is really very helpful and understanding and always trying to help, regarding the location is good right at the center of Vienna main shopping district and all is in walking distance and the metro station is all very near too, there is 3 supermarkets all around this hotel and very convenient. One matter is the breakfast need to be improved better then the existing one and is a bit costly for it. Overall is still very good & confortable stay for us. Especially must mention again the receptionists is all very friendly and helpful. Good

The bed is so uncomfortable that this morning I felt that my neck is broken. The shower head is not working and I had to take a shower at the Jim. The Jim is clean .

Small hotel on the edge of the central core, close to transportation and very walkable. Staff was very responsive and went to great lengths to make sure we were happy. Breakfast was great. Overall great value.

Decent budget hotel with amazing location. AC wasn’t working on day one but was fixed overnight. The concierge mixed room charge with another guest which they quickly resolved.

The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts were delicious with lots of choices. I thought the service was great. was NOT happy when I learned the fitness room and sauna was closed. It WAS advertised as having it..... so kinda upset when I learned it was closed and not working AFTER I checked in

The stay was very good. The receptionists answered all questions and were friendly; it was so calm; the hotel is in 5-minutes' walk distance from the center; the breakfast schedule (from 6.30 to 11) is very flexible, and the quality of meals is good.
