We somehow left our passports in the safe and headed to Vancouver. Christine & Katie was so patient and supportive in helping get them back. Katie encouraged us to have a seaplane fly it t us. Unbelievable! I never would have imagined doing this. But they made it work. We have a lot to be thankful for, and they go to the head of the class. Thank You Christine & Katie, we owe you.

Love the Dining excellent service, convenient. The room kind a smell coming from the pool, noise around due to room was near housekeeping area. Front desk was excellent.
