What a charming hotel. The property has so much character and charm. The staff was first rate. Also friendly, courteous and helpful. Complimentary breakfast until 11 was a great plus. This allowed us to skip lunch and spend more time enjoying the city.

The hotel is in a great location and convenient to all of Victoria. Service was fine. On the other hand the furniture is dated, there are no temp controls in the room. The suite has the bath downstairs and bed upstairs, not ideal. Most disappointing was the breakfast. No fresh fruit, no fresh baked goods, no oatmeal, no cheese.
