The area was great, good view of downtown and being so close to the water was nice! Would certainly stay here again!

Very nice room with excellent view. Staff were pleasant and helpful. A couple repairs are needed though. Toilet seat was loose, room safe did not work. I did not like that room was only serviced every three days, unless request was made a day earlier. An elevator would be nice, but we found you could minimize the amount of stairs to be climbed if you park in the right area.

Had a lovely stay. There was no elevators so difficult to manage with a baby stroller, but they provided us with a pack and play for our son to sleep in which was nice. The room was nice, beds a little hard for me but husband loved them. Had fun swimming in the pool and the lake outside was stunning. They were nice enough to extend our check out by an hour. Great Water pressure too.

close to bus nightclub in the building is a bad idea. people close to it can not sleep. sleep is what you are selling in a hotel. removal of nightclub will bring improvement to the hotel

Front was very friendly, room was clean quiet and spacious, just remeber there are no elevators so book a ground floor if you have issues with stairs. I fully recommended this property to everyone.

Nicely situated near the water. My room was far from the pub side, and was quiet. If it were near the pub it may have been noisy. Room was comfortable. Weight room was rather sparsely equipped but I managed a workout. Pool was empty unfortunately, but looks decent. Sauna does take quite a while to heat up, be advised

There was nothing special about this hotel but everything it did, it did well! Clean, close to a grocery store and absolutely top notch staff.

Older property in a residential area that was close to all amenities. Very clean and the staff were very friendly and kind. Excellent customer service. I just wish I could use the pool.

They need to do better woth changing linens and towels nothing was changed till i called and said on day 6. Hotel DOESNT have a elevator and the pool was freezing cold due to not having a heater and as soon as their break was done pool was closed. Room for the price was big and clean

The rooms are clean and comfortable. Quiet area. Parking is a breeze. Clearly the property has been renovated, making it a very comfortable stay. With that and the price, would stay again. Be aware that there’s no elevator, only stairs.

Over all we had a good experience. The outdoor doors could be more secure as our room was open to the public. The Pools heater was out so we didn’t get to swim. Had we known we might have booked somewhere else our son was disappointed.

Nice & comfortable hotel. It’s an older property but has been kept well. There’s a pub at the third floor so if you’re looking for a quiet time ask for a room away from it. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Worth the cost paid. No elevator in the hotel, but I didn’t mind it.

The pool was like a toxic waste dump it was cloudy and you could see the chlorine in lumps on the floor. Watched guests actually bend down to touch it as it looked like jello. The tub was about the size you would use if you bathed your 7 year old in it. I sat in it and didn’t even come up to my hips as a 6’3 guy it was crowded just to stand in. The beds were hard as a rock and front desk was less then understanding. The bed was clean just rock hard on both of them and we could hear the next door people cough and sneeze. We regretted for the price not just sleeping in our car as the pool was a major draw and it needs the health authority called. Do not recommend this place at all. Pay a little more and stay at a place where staff cares about issues and doesn’t let things like the pool turn into a lawsuit from chlorine burns and sickness.

They have moved to zero housekeeping during your stay. I was just there for 6 nights and had to argue with front desk staff to have a bath towel delivered to my room. I was informed I could come to the front desk to pick up anything I needed.
