"Everything was great, SPA is payed separately, it is quite small but luckily it was almost empty. Breakfast was good, but choice was limited. Dinner in the restaurant was quite expensive considering that some things were not up to the level. Overall experience was positive. VIP perk was only one mini bottle of Prosecco for two adults, no upgrade was offered even though it was available. "

"Great comma and warm welcome when we arrived. The place is well maintained and outside manicured. Mary was helpful throughout our stay. Our suite had fantastic vista with private balcony with furniture to sit out comfortably. Bed, pillows were soft and comfortable. Room clean as was the bathroom / shower. Breakfast was continental with variety of cooked eggs. Tasty. It was a bit of a walk to the town but after a few trips was invigorating. It takes 18 minutes. "

"Excellent hotel in a beautiful area. Great hospitality. We absolutely loved staying in this breathtaking and untouched nature with happy animals walking around. The sound of the animals and their bells and the birds singing made the atmosphere calm and comfortable. A plus is the free access to the gardens of Villa Melzi which are incredibly beautiful and give an easier way to reach Bellagio city center, located at least 20 minutes away by foot. Great, spacious apartment with great amenities - due to the central location of the apartment, it can often be quite loud at night due to local restaurants/ bars. Location is convenient to train station and metro so was super easy to get around. Some nice neighborhood restaurants. Laundry room in lower level a big plus. Free water, espresso, tea, croissants and cookies were a nice touch. Only drawback is that area around hotel itself is not very busy with pedestrians at night so felt a little isolated at night.
