I have stayed at this hotel before. It's convenient to the Vero Beach Outlets and Cracker Barrel, has a great breakfast and is a nice hotel.

Vero Beach stay
Type of room purchased online was not what was provided. Desk attendant stated they overbooked. Room provided was dirty. Lifted the toilet seat and found urine on the rim, mirrors had streaks, sink faucet and sink was dirty. No shampoo in the dispenser, notified the front desk in the morning, waited over an hour and no response.

I wish I would’ve gotten her name, but the wonderful blonde lady who does the breakfast deserves to be recognized. Every morning I can down for coffee she was hard at work but made time to greet me with a smiling face. When my son sat to have breakfast she can to each table to ask if everything was ok, if we needed anything, clear our plates, and wish us a good day. She did this each morning of the 3 mornings I spent at the hotel. She definitely went above and beyond any expectations for a free buffet. She is the reason for the excellent rating.

We were biding friend in Jensen beach. Sabrina was most helpful. Told her my husband had breathing problems and limited walking. Changed our room so close to lobby and then took me to check out room to be sure room would work for us. Made sure we had luggage cart for oxygen and luggage. Very friendly. Would give her a 15 on scale of 10

This property is just off I95 and S.R. 60 which is nain thoroughfare to downtown Vero and the beaches. Staff was very friendly and we appreciated the dog friendly first floor accommodation. Breakfast is adequate and it has a pool for those who like that feature. Happy with our 3 night stay while in town for a tennis tournament at Grand Harbour which was just 15 minutes away.

The area around the hotel has many options to eat. Didn’t like about the hotel is prior to my arrival they should fill up the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathroom. Body wash and conditioner was empty.

Best breakfast!
I was very happy with the room and comfortable bedding. The breakfast was one of the best I ever had, real home fries, sliced sausages, scrambled eggs cooked perfectly and even strawberry waffles that you made fresh with their waffle maker. Coffee was also excellent with real half and half too! Will stay there again!

The staff is pleasant. The room was picked up after the first night but not after that. Having Christmas in the middle may have been a factor but if it was, it was not mentioned. I am glad that they switched to soap, shampoo in the dispensers, but the conditioner and body lotion did not work properly.
