"The facility was at maximum capacity. The swimming pool and hot tub were not working. Unless an inquiry was made, one would have assumed the reason was to save the corporation expense for repairs. Very sad. Ice machine near our room was not functioning. Housekeeping was 10 out of 10 rating. Kudos to housekeeping."

"The first room they gave us smelled like wet dog. If I had known it was pet friendly in every room I would not have stayed there. The second room they gave us was supposed to have been just deep cleaned still smelled like wet dog. One would think that there would be certain rooms that would be pet free. Now 12 hrs later at my home all I smell is wet dog and I don't have any pets."

"Electric outlets not working had to change rooms. Then toilet didn’t flush no water. Hairdryer nor telephone worked. Could not change channels on tv. From the 4 nights we stayed only 1 time the beds were made. At evening nobody is ever at the desk. Breakfast items running low or not available. We stayed here last year and we had no trouble at all. Maybe they were understaffed and they were in a remodel."

"this is a nice location. The staff was pleasant. the property and room were clean and attractive. The dining area was spacious and clean. The breakfast was adequate with a good selection of foods which included eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal and very good coffee. The only negative was that the oatmeal was very watery which was very unappealing. This is not a major problem considering the other many positives. I would highly recommended this location."
