The venice lion residence was absolutely clean and their staff are really nice. A coffee machine located in a relaxed area made us relax to have a better day. If the entrance gate would work properly with electrical remote which it didn't I could suppose five stars hotel in overall. It would be one of my favourite choice if I want book a hotel for holiday again.

Very unique-looking hotel, really enjoyed the look of it. It was our first experience sharing a washroom with other guests in other rooms and we had no issues. Staff were always helpful and kind. There are some take out places like bakeries and pizzerias within 5mins from the property. Honestly the only remotely inconvenient detail was the only way to lock your room from inside was with a key, and you are given one set of keys for the whole room.

Very cheap but up to hotel standards, self-check in without needing arrangement. Shared washroom and the room were very clean and functional. Room had its own sink. Fridge even came with two waters.

3 grocery stores in close distance. Easy access to the bus to Venice. 9 minute walk. The taxi back to the airport was only 35 euro for the 2 of us, and only 10 minutes, where the bus, which was confusing, was 20 and took an hour. Viola and Paola were very helpful in arranging the taxi. There was a coffee machine that mqdd multiple types, including hot chocolate and lemonade, that was good. Very clean bathroom with a washing machine. We would stay again.

Difficult to to find something positive about this place, I will note the on-site parking is comfortable. We've booked a 3 night stay on a room with external bathroom. Our room looked much different than in photos, the furniture very basic and old. You are given two sets of keys to use your external bathroom, the keys are big and locks are very noisy. So if you need a short visit to the bathroom you need to open two locks twice and it is very loud and uncomfortable. In the shower extremely low water pressure. The room has zero sound isolation, you can hear people talking on other rooms (and their locks), and all night the busy road traffic made it difficult to sleep. In the first morning, I have asked the local manager, about the possibility to change the room or even refund and cancel the last night, because it was so inconvenient. The manager was very rude. I wouldn't mind if he would not be able to resolve it, but he was not listening or caring about the bad experiences. All he said that we have ordered a room with external bathroom and he literally said 'I don't care if you just leave'. It is a shame to see such guest attitude. When I asked for his name he said, arrogantly and rudely that everyone think he is a very nice manager and gives him good reviews. As my goal was to enjoy my vacation, I left this poor place already on the second day, even that I paid for 3 nights. And I am glad that I did it, any hotel is better than this one. Stay away.

Hai scelto consapevolmente la nostra struttura e la camera con bagno privato esterno, probabilmente non hai trovato camera Superior disponibile oppure la tipologia di camera che hai prenotato era il limite del tuo budget. Caro Tsachi, siamo veramente dispiaciuti di non aver avuto la possibilità di accontentarti cambiando la tua camera in quanto non avevamo altra camera disponibile. Ci dispiace tanto che l'arredamento delle camere in autentico stile veneziano non sia stato apprezzato. Ci dispiace che hai avuto difficoltà a riposare di notte, la tua camera è con vista cortile/giardino interno e molto tranquilla, hai considerato jet lag o altro? Ti auguriamo in futuro un soggiorno eccellente. Cordiali saluti.

great place to stay at near Venise
Amazing Team! Rooms are being cleaned everyday, the B&B is very well located and closed to a supermarket and some restaurants ! Very easy access to Venise by Tram and by Bus! Check-in and check-out very smooth also Due to COVID-19, breakfast could not be served but despite this, we had everyday juices, water and snack in our fridge! I will stay there again without any doubt !

The staff, lead by Marina, was outstanding. This is a family running the property like it’s home. The level of customer care, hospitality and willingness to help was amazing. I stayed during the Coronavirus and they helped me in every way to make me feel safe and at home. I recommend this B&B to anyone visiting the area. You will not be disappointed. Marina and staff deserves a rating of 10 out of 5. The property was very clean and to a very high standard of hygiene. It was like I was at home.... a traveler can have no better feeling than that. Highly recommended! Will stay here again with no doubt. Grazie mille!

Great excellent for Families.
Excellent family friendly clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful especially Matteo. Very nice filling fresh breakfast. Although we had shared bathroom but it was better than Ibis hotels where we stayed in other locations. Only thing needs improving was shower area was little mouldy other than that very neat and clean. Really enjoyed comfortable stay. Only 8 minutes of walk from tram station which goes direct to Venice. Also super market is there to grab snacks and meals for your Venice trip.

A lovely place to stay. Around half an hour tram ride into the centre of venice. Check in was easy, Teo on reception was easy to contact via WhatsApp for any requests or concerns we had. The room was spacious and clean. We had a shared bathroom which was clean and even had a washing machine in. We didn't get chance to try breakfast as it wasn't on until 8.30am which was too late for us. Wifi was good.

Aziz was a great, super welcoming and nice. The hotel was very close to the tram and it made it for an easy commute to Venice. The free parking and inclusive breakfast were a great plus!

A real gem
Very clean room with everything you need. Check in / check out very effortless. Good price. Owner was super friendly Each room was provided an envelope with containing instructions how to get to Venice by tram during as well as a postcard Good parking with an abundance of parking spots Tram station is a 5 minute walk away and takes you to Venice in roughly 20 minutes

Super Unterkunft in Mestre
Wir waren für eine Nacht in dieser tollen Unterkunft. Wir wurden nett empfangen, die Fahrräder könnten wir unter einer Überdachung abstellen. Und wir wurden sehr gut mit allen notwendigen Informationen versorgt. Fußläufig sind die Bus und Bahnhaltestellen nach Venedig zu erreichen. Die Lage ist für einen Venedig-Besuch sehr gut und die Innenstadt von Mestre ist auch nicht weit weg. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Für uns als Radfahrer ein totaler Pluspunkt: Die Gepäcktaschen konnten wir nach dem Check Out bis zu unserer Abreise noch in der Unterkunft belassen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Joli e chambre et bien située.
Bien situé pour visiter Venise car le tram est juste à côté. Petit déjeuner très complet et bon. La chambre est joliment décorée et la clim est silencieuse. Seul petit problème : nous n'avions pas reçu le mail nous indiquant le code pour rentrer dans le logement.

Nous etions 3, mon mari, mon fils de 4 ans et moi-même, nous avons passé 1 nuit dans cet emplacement pas loin de l'arrêt de tram ligne T1, pour se rendre à Piazzale Roma. La jeune femme qui nous a accueilli était très agreable et sympathique. Je recommande.
