We booked a 2-night stay at this hotel to visit Venice with our two boys. The front desk person was very helpful in giving information on how to get to Venice, and made recommendations in town for restaurants. She also spoke very good English.
The hotel location is great, as there is a bus stop just around the corner. You can purchase a ticket for the bus at the store next door. The cost is 1.5 E per person, cash only. Once at Venice, you can purchase day passes and use a credit card to pay. You can get discounts for children once on the island, where as the store next door can only sell standard (full price) passes, and requires cash only.
The hotel has a large balcony which didn't seem to get much use when we were there... but it was a nice place to hang out.
The breakfast buffet in the morning runs for 3 hrs, and has a number of fresh pastry items, as well as other things you might expect like yogurt, cereal, etc. There was a coffee machine that made a variety of hot beverages as well. It was one of the better breakfast setups that we had during our stay in Italy.
Bed and pillows were a bit firm, and the WiFi seemed a bit slow, but other than that, we had a great two night stay.
