Had fantastic service at this hotel in a really convenient location for ferry/taxi. Room itself was warm, tidy and very elegant. Would absolutely be visiting again

Pros: property location close to touristic parts and 7 mins walk to main vaporetto stop ( including airport), but still quiet, staff, very clean, service room, breakfast Cons: in a standard double room there is a buzz noise coming out from the electric panel, disturbing during the night. There is no shampoo (although a complete bathroom supplies for a 3* hotel) or small fridge.

Nice place tucked away from the madness of the street. Kind, efficient staff & very clean, lovely & spacious room. Proximity to water taxi, shops and restaurants couldn’t have been better!

This Hotel is wonderful. Not big on fancy but it is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The personnel was absolutely wonderful and helpful. From dinner reservations to transportation reservations. It is very centrally located, and you can walk everywhere. Thank you we had an amazing stay.

We had a lovely stay. The setting of the hotel was dreamlike (we had a room with a canal view), the area was a lively mix of locals and tourists and had great access to all the classic Venice sights. Best of all were the staff - from the desk staff to the lovely breakfast lady (does she ever have a day off?!) everyone was pleasant and helpful. I would be delighted to return and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Excellent stay! Clean, easy to get to (5 min walk with luggage by water transport from airport). Check in/out was no problem and breakfast Buffett was worth the extra for us. Glad we chose this hotel and would do so again!

Loved everything about it except their electric and special AC. They give you a card to insert inside the room attached to your key to turn AC and lights on But the AC only works when the card is in as soon you leave the room AC goes off When you come back at the end of your day it’s hot Then takes hours to cool off You advertise AC then it should stay on all the time The was unacceptable!!!!

Ticks the boxes, beware bed bugs though.
Great location and easy to get to via the ferry. Close to a lot of the good parts of Venice. Lovely staff. Solid breakfast, it was ok. Room small but had the essentials. I unfortunately got bed bugs from the bed which is very disappointing and uncomfortable. A nice place overall and ticks the boxes for location, lovely staff, ease to get to and breakfast - bed bugs a worry though.

Excellent location in Venice. Great room size, we had a queen bed which was actually a queen rather than 2 singles pushed together which was amazing! Our room over looked the canal, bathroom was clean, big and shower excellent. Room was huge, more than adequate for 2 adults. Staff very friendly and location was absolutely perfect! It’s a few minutes walk from a water taxi stop so convenient if you have suitcases as water taxi can take you straight to train station. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay in Venice

2 night stay.
Traditional type hotel. 5 mins walk from the water taxi from the train station and 5 mins walk from the water taxi to the airport. St Marks square about a 10 min walk. A Bar is advertised but was told at reception no bar. Plenty of places though a 2 min walk away. The hotel could do with aome upgrades but all in all did the trick for our 2 night stay.

Beautiful historic building with modern conveniences on a canal with lovely views. Staff is helpful and friendly. The location is great, too. The rooms are decorated so luxuriously. Breakfast is nice with delicious American coffee.

What a gem of a hotel
I cannot praise this hotel enough. It's the first time I've stayed north of St Mark's square - booked because we were arriving late and didn't want too much of a trek from Piazza le Roma - and the location was absolutely perfect. Tucked down a tiny side street, the hotel is small, welcoming and spotlessly clean. The room had everything we could possible want, with beautiful views over the side canal (see photos). We were a family of 3, so we had a deluxe canal view (queen bed and single) and the bed was so comfortable, the best I've slept in ages. The continental breakfast was plentiful - perfect for what we needed. I would not hesitate to book this again.
