Lovely friendly hotel in Cannaregio, my favourite area of Venice. Plenty of very good restaurants (osteria and trattoria) 5 min walk. 8 min walk from the station. Stuff are really friendly and welcome. The room was super clean and spacious and the wi-fi very fast. Really good value for money compared to the expensive hotels in the area.

Great place, in a great location. Staff was extremely kind and helpful, we’ve got lots of good advices for places to visit around. The location is nearby water transportation, train station, and taxi hub - really convenient! Breakfast is amazing, don’t miss it!

I was so impressed by the Ca' Pozzo inn. It's quite unsuspecting. You wouldn't know it was there if you didn't have a map. Super quiet. It's really conveniently located! It's very modern and very comfortable. Great aircon! Which we needed, it was very warm in Venice during our stay. And all the staff were super friendly and really helpful.

Our stay at the hotel was good primarily because of the lady at the front desk (Daniella I think). She was wonderful from the time we checked in to checking out. The property and room itself are nice and clean. If we didnt have an incident at night, we would have given it 5 star rating. The main gate of the hotel locks after 730 pm and we were given a fob which didnt work when we tried getting in at around 10pm. Luckily a couple came after a while and we went in with them. This was very terrifying for us as no one was responding to the "emergency number" noted on the gate. Our best experience at the hotel was meeting the front desk lady. She was extremely helpful, kind and professional.

Super helpful staff! Clean, comfortable, spacious room with a firm bed. Nice location close to water taxi station, 5 minute walk to the train station - not too close to be a nuisance. The porteggo (alley) that leads to the entrance is shared with nearby businesses, including a fish market, so it smells fishy periodically, but not as bad as some reviews mentioned. We highly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Very nice staff. Room was clean. Great location and easy to access everything. Biggest disappointment was the bed was to low to the groud and not enough conveniently placed outlets. But overall, a good experience.

When we come back to Venice we will definitely stay here again! Very clean. Spaces are small in Italy this room was just enough space for the 2 of us. Very close the train station and water bus drop off spot from the airport. The only thing you must keep in mind is that you are a 30 min walk from St. Marco square so if you have booked an excursion for the day allow yourself 45 mins to walk and get there.

Excellent place! Staff very helpful and friendly! The breakfast buffet is good with very reasonable price! The entrance was surprising but when you get in it’s a hidden gem! Highly recommended!

Like: great buffet breakfast, wonderful staff Francesca who goes an extra mile for guests, near one waterboat station, walking distance to main station and St Marco Dislike: bed with sharp corners which bruise and bleed lower legs, unlimited flies in the shower, a male staff who is grumpy though still did his job, entrance to main door is through a narrow fish and urine smelled corridor.

This hotel is excellent. The hotel is modern and clean. We felt very safe there and it was quiet. It is a 5 minute walk from the train terminal and their walking directions are accurate. The staff are friendly and very helpful. It is close to shopping, restaurants, and gondolas. We would stay there again.

This was a reasonably priced property for Venice which a friend recommended. It looked spacious and clean in the pictures. The room was small, serviceable but dark. It has a quite convenient location in the Cannaregio.The hotel suggested we hire a porter at the train station to cart our 5 pieces of luggage- big and small- as we were at the end of a four week trip. We paid him 40 euros plus a 5 euro tip to cart them upstairs to the room since there is no elevator in the building. At least that worked on the way to the hotel. On our last day we had to lug our suitcases down the slippery steps in the rain. One of the staff made dinner reservations on Mother’s Day for us and also ordered roses for my husband to give me on my birthday. But there were other staff who didn’t know a lot of helpful tourist information like the water taxi schedule to the airport. We had to pull that information out of the young woman at night who, though very sweet, had very poor English. The breakfast was 10 euro. They ran out of scrambled eggs, had no fresh pastry and just doughy white bread. Cappuccino good. Just ate there the first day. No tissues in the room and there was an annoying strobe light that kept going off over the door. I dislike bedspreads that others have used and prefer clean top sheets with duvets. There were a couple of holes in the sheets we had. However the room was clean with no smell. Wish I had paid more and found a hotel more befitting of a special birthday.
