Expensive, but clean and comfortable.
Nice clean and comfortable hotel. Staff pleasant and friendly. You pay an additional 11.5 Euros for a buffet style breakfast, which is too expensive. The breakfast was good, but not an extensive choice. There is a kettle in the room but only 1 tea and 1 coffee per person and no milk or water, which is disappointing for the price of the room. Autre Mer is close to the centre of the town of Noirmoutier. Overall we would probably return in the future.

Noirmoutiers lovely hotel
The hotel was wonderful in every way, except the pillows were terribly uncomfortable. Nothing that would prevent me from staying there again! Overall, we loved Autre Mer!

Nice hotel in good location
The reception was welcoming and helpful. The decor of the room was modern, light and airy. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices.

Hotel really practical with plenty of parking and in a good position for access to the town. Only downside was that we were in a relatively modern rear building (not the main house) and the soundproofing between rooms didn't seem that great.

Great location, near the beach.
We arrived to the welcome cool and cleanliness of the hotel after a blistering hot day on bikes, and enjoyed the hospitality and the little town of Noirmoutier-en-isle. Welcome by the reception staff was warm and friendly, and the hotel`s facilities were very good, though it was a pity there was no air conditioning in our room. We enjoyed our breakfast and the hotel`s location and would gladly go back to it.

Staying at Autre-Mer
The setting was perhaps not so auspicious at first. It was windswept and raining when we arrived and the area looked a little run down but the hotel was very good value for money. One restaurant we went to was very good, a nearby one not so good. The hotel itself was excellent, like a breath of fresh sea air. All people we spoke to were most compliant and funny. We went back there on our return journey and enjoyed our stay in the annexe too. The hotel was a nice size, and well run. Thank you. June and Adrian

Second stay
This was my second stay at this hotel and I would stay here again. It was a little difficult to close the curtains and they are very thin so they don't block any light in the morning. There was a little problem with some ants in my room, but.I have had ants in my own home before so I wasn't too bothered by it. What mattered to me is that they quickly moved me to another room. There is plenty of parking in their own parking lot, and the town center is a short walk away. The bathroom is nice. It has a modern look to it.

Endroit séduisant et accueillant
Personnel agréable et disponible Hôtel très propre et très bien situé en centre ville. Un parking privé gratuit complète ces belles prestations Les chambres sont spacieuses, lumineuses et au calme Le seul petit bémol le débit des douches extrêmement faible qui oblige à rester très longtemps sous la douche pour se rincer et de ce fait n’entraîne aucune économie d’eau au contraire Petit déjeuner classique mais à volonté

Très bien. Chambre spacieuse et très propre. Terrasse sympa avec l’accès direct sur le jardin. Place de parking toujours disponible. Accueil et petit déjeuner très bien. A deux pas du centre ville à pieds et de tous les commerces et marché. Hôtel très bien situé. Deuxième expérience pour nous et tout était parfait 👍
