"The place was falling apart at the seems. The new girl at the front desk was nice and helpful, but I have since noticed that they kept the $50 deposit, despite the fact that we left the room spotless and it had a TV that didn't work, plus no batteries in the remote. On our way back to the front office to address these issues, we heard screaming from another room that sounded to us like a domestic violence situation. We did notify the staff of this, but sadly I do not think anything was done about it and we could not identify which room exactly to follow up ourselves. The beds were hard as rocks, and the bathroom was dusty and clearly not maintained. We both woke up sore the next morning. After feeling like the management disregarded us, robbed me of the $50, and the overall unpleasant stay, we will DEFINITELY NEVER RETURN. 0/10, would not recommend to my worst enemy."

"The rooms were clean. The staff at check in was very polite. They only have maid service once a week, which I find unusual. When your trash is full or you need more towels you just sit them outside your door. In the mornings the halls look like trash day in the city. They have long term stay with a lot of out of town workers staying. If you don’t sleep past 5:00 am you’ll will be fine. Seems most of them head off to work around 5 and don’t care if anyone else is trying to sleep. The Saturday of our stay a construction company was staying. They had a big bbq and party on the patio. I didn’t so much have a problem that they were relaxing and having a good time, but it didn’t end until around 1:00 am. Then they were running around the halls like a herd of cattle. Everhome did not do anything about it……. I understand that they are good money for them, but we also paid for a good night sleep. If you don’t want to take care of all patrons, then don’t book short term stays. Because of this I would have a hard time recommending anyone stay here on weekends anyway."

"Bath towels were full of holes , tough, and small. Tub had paint splatter in It. No in room TV or local dining guides. Kleenix Box was under sink in bathroom almost empty. The conditioner dispenser in shower did not work. Plus paid $35.00 more for pet but there was no pet walking area."

"Don't believe the rating. I'm guessing most of these reviews happened before the Residence Inn sold it. The place was awful. Here's a list of things that were wrong: It took a while to check in because the computer kept shutting down or whatever Broken elevator my whole stay Pool closed permanently - Just a big hole in the ground Ice maker in the room broken No coffee pot of any kind in the room No plug for the tub No amenities. i.e. soap, etc. They had the ones attached to the wall, but scary... they were empty anyway No housekeeping and I was there from Thursday to Sunday. I even asked about it, and they said they put me on the list... Never happened. People piled up their trash bags outside the rooms along with dirty laundry The staff acted irritated and or surprised when I asked about housekeeping... In general, the place looked old, but I probably wouldn't have minded much if the other things weren't so bad. the mattresses are clearly old. Not comfortable. This actually concerns me about Hotel.com's ratings in general."

"Clean rooms and friendly staff. We had issues checking in and checking out, it seems like staff is still getting familiar with their system or Expedia and the hotel websites do not work well together. I was charged once by Expedia and again by the hotel for our stay. The hotel is trying to resolve this but i have yet to receive the credit."
