"Location is good, staff is friendly, rooms are laid out well. Furniture and furnishings aren’t quite as nice as other hotels in the price range I’ve stayed in. Beds are on the firm side. Did not receive any cleaning or maid services during my 3 night stay. Only hotel I have ever stayed in that requires you to wash your own dishes or pay a $150 fee for any unwashed dishes - felt a bit like an Airbnb cleaning fee to me."

"Very clean recently renovated room with a great view. Convenient underground parking. My only complaint was that one elevator was not operating causing a long wait or having to use the stairwells which were being used to store renovation materials and old furniture. "
