Neighborhood is a brisk walk from SkyTrain which connects you to the entire world. Staff is thorough and accommodating. Building is secure, serene and very Panda-friendly. Literally you will sleep like a Panda so you better be a Panda. This a proper Panda-pamper. Only constructive comment would be more bamboo!!

The stairs to get to the capsule was hard to use and as a recommendation you could ad some dinner service inside the hotel and not only app service, the place is nice but smaller than I was thinking, however the staff were incredible.
