Being located in the busiest part of Downtown New Westminster, we are within walking distance of public transportation, which can be both a convenience and a challenge. Your comments about the TV, air conditioner, and toilet have been noted. We encourage guests to call the front desk right away so we can fix any issues immediately. We also offer the option to transfer or upgrade to a different room if needed. Regarding parking, it is clearly stated on our website, booking sites, and in the welcome confirmation that parking is located across the street from the hotel. The hotel provides a voucher allowing guests the privilege of in-and-out access and extended parking until 1 PM the next day. We hope you might consider giving us another chance in the future.
