Patio Suite was a nice spacious room with an outside patio terrace. Unfortunately, due to the rain we could not make use of it. Coffee, tea and water are available in your room. There was a stereo and albums in the room as well. To be noted, the bath and shower are open to the room. Breakfast, which I included, was very good. Lounge access on the 11th floor was a nice touch offering drinks and snacks. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful hotel. We chose this one since it was close to the port where we were boarding a ship. The staff was very polite and helpful.

Loved the boutique feel of the hotel, starting from its story as the original Vancouver stock exchange down to the personality and warmth of ALL the staff. Situated in close walking distance to many venues and shopping downtown, the Exchange hotel is a perfect booking for those who love a sophisticated boutique stay.

My go-to for stays in Vancouver. Been twice and will stay again. Great location near SkyTrain station, in the heart of downtown close to great restaurant options and walking distance of multiple attractions & neighbourhoods. Staff has been consistently excellent on both trips (5 years apart!), always warm, welcoming and helpful.

Surely a top hotel in Vancouver. Beautiful finishes, thoughtful and well designed. From the Superior coffee machines to the excellent gym to the 5 star linens and pillows…. Everything was impressive. We had an easy nearby walk to a great curry house in the eve, a 5 minute walk to the cruise terminal the next am.

Great location and wonderful staff! Always greeted at the door with a smile, held our bags until check in time and provided help when asked. Within walking distance of major attractions, great restaurant around and accessible to metro. Room was cleaned and restocked daily.

Was in Vancouver for business and really loved the Exchange. It has a perfect location in the middle of downtown and easy to walk anywhere. The hotel is clean and very comfortable and felt very very safe. Also liked the modern amenities and the app that worked great to communicate with the hotel and allowed you to use your phone as a room key. Would definitely come back the next time I'm in Vancouver. Thank you!

Loved the location as it is within walking distance to the cruise lines. Also, very close to Gastown, cute area. Staff very friendly and the restaurant is excellent. I have stayed here twice, and some rooms are better than others, one room had a long hallway, but bedroom was on the smaller side. After our cruise we stayed again and had a much brighter bigger room.

Nice concept, but the rooms were exceptionally small-smaller than a cabin on a cruise ship. Staff was friendly. One restaurant on property that was very expensive and not worth the pricey menu items. Concierge was very helpful. For the price, I would not stay here again. The heated floors in the bathroom added a nice touch though.

We chose this property because it had EV chargers and it had good reviews. It wasn’t cheap by any means! What disappointed me was the tiny size of the room. And it was labeled “deluxe king”. We could barely get around the bed. On the positive side, the bathroom was spacious and the vanity top was large enough for all our things. Staff were professional and helpful at all times.
