Booked in the summer only to get texted that they were closed. Two days before arriving. Thank goodness Expedia found accommodation for us.

I didn't stay due to a roof fire. The sprinklers must of went of and the were still cleaning up. Its a good 👍 place to with a green location if you're on a budget or all the 4 stars 🌟 are booked. Once again the location on Robson st is great.

The entrance to the hotel is beautiful and is very welcoming. I was assisted by a staff member with my luggage without even asking for help.

Great value for money in central location
This is a budget-friendly hotel, compared to other properties which offers great value for money. The location is fantastic, central and within easy walking distance to just about all landmarks and interesting areas in the YVR downtown area. All staff at reception were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are basic, but clean and offer comfort. We were on the third floor, and the building has no elevator which may present a challenge for some people. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

We needed a place for one night and this was perfect. Super friendly and helpful staff. Cora's was great for breakfast. Short walk to a lot of retail and shopping. The hop on/off bus stop was close . This is not a place that's going to pamper and spoil you, but if want a good price, clean room and a good staff , this is for you. Would stay there again

Very near to interesting areas. Very convenient. Downsides are the hotel is old and renovations are just patch-ups. This aircon is getting covered by the curtains so it stops before it can cool the room. Smell might be getting circulated by the bathroom exhaust not removed.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Barclay Hotel. We had a room on the main floor just down from the lobby. Room was clean & had been updated. Bathroom was really nice. We had the single room, so it had a comfortable double bed. Location is very convenient.

this little gem was located above a pot bar. the owner assured me that it would quiet at 1 a.m. (it did) the staff was especially about advising us what to see and do.

Charged $30 for overnight parking where there was a sign that read “car thieves work here.” We were not told we would be charged for parking beforehand. Did not get the room we paid for; got two double beds and a futon when we booked just one double bed. Room smelled of urine when we walked in.
