Comfortable, nice room. Pool and facilities very nice. Get the city view king suite loved it! Large living room and separate bedroom. Robes are a nice touch.

Easy to walk to the waterfront and enjoy the amenities that Vancouver has to offer at the waterfront. Coffee shops were great in the area as were the restaurants.

Fantastic property located one block from Canada Place cruise port and 2 blocks from Skytrain which offers direct links to YVR and Stadium/chinatown stations for concert goers! Very comfortable accommodations and numerous coffee/dining options available! Will recommend to others!

Had to change parking lot twice. The mobile app for the first one never worked on our phones. Take the paid hotel parking option ($55). I stayed less than 24 hours and the charge was $71.
Nice big room, great view.

Was very disappointed in this hotel. The gym and pool are not for hotel guests only but in fact the Terminal City Club lets hotel guests use the facilities. This means they are packed and there is never any space to use the facilities. The late check out is appalling adding 12 pm instead of 11am is not a late check out. The TVs should be smart TVs no one watches cable anymore not to mention the picture quality is awful. The water for the shower fluctuated from hot to cold constantly. Definitely will never stay here again! Go elsewhere unless desperate.

Therefore, the fitness facility and the pool are for members and the Hotel guests only.We could accommodate your late check-out requests further noon should you ask the front desk as per your need based on availability. We are always flexible in terms of late check-out as much as possible. We are sorry that you do not like cable TV. Unfortunately, the smart TVs are not available at this moment. We note your review regarding that and forward it to the management to consider in the future.

Hotel looked waaaaaay better online. Quite run down and almost no amenities.
Inconvenient parking and very difficult to find. Room service was a bust! Weren’t allowed to have extra pillows, blankets or towels. Hard to communicate with staff.
Underwhelming experience. Hotel looked so nice online. Furniture was very worn and dated.
View was nice from our corner room though. We could see the harbour.

Extra blankets are pillows, blankets, and towels are readily available 24 hrs. should you request them from the front desk. We apologize again for the experienced you have had during your stay,
