"Very good value for the money. The receptionist was extremely helpful and showed us a secure spot for our van under video surveillance. There was quite a strong odour from the hallway carpets, but the room, though small, was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent, just a few minutes walk into centre ville. I would stay here again if in Le Puy. "

Impossible to sleep. Then in the morning they had no hot water anywhere in the hotel. We complained from 7.45am onwards, they gave us keys to other rooms, but...

"We went there as an alternative to staying in an ibis , the renovation of this chateau was great, although the rooms are hot no air conditioning or fans provided, we asked about dinner and they said yes but the meals were limited and we’re heated by a micro wave , the staff tried hard and we’re pleasant , when we got there the door was locked (after 4.00pm) and took a while to get in touch with them. By 9.30 it still wasn't fixed, and we had to be on our way. A real pity. "
