The hotel was fine for our purpose - one-night stay en-route to another location. It's quite a distance from the centre of Valencia in a housing/apartment area, but close to the exhibition centre (Feria). The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was typical for Spain - quite a cold meats and cheeses, plus some "warm" bacon and local sausages. The bar is off the lobby and is ok, but not cosy. The parking garage beneath the hotel is a bonus, as it's difficult to find an on-street parking place, but is chargeable for hotel visitors and guests.
There didn't seem to be too many alternative restaurants in the area, but a 10 minute walk, or a taxi into the city will find more opportunities.
