"Absolutely wonderful hotel, and what makes it so good is the staff. They are the friendliest, most helpful staff anyone could ask for, a real credit to the owners. It is a boutique hotel with 30 rooms and has a very personal feel about it. You really do feel part of the family when you stay. "Emmanuelle's chalet was perfect for us, with lots of space and well laid out so that we had room to relax - and what a lovely view up the valley. We also really liked the location in Laisinant as it was quiet but close to town, and has a great red run down to the lift/chalet - which is much nicer than the red off Solaise down into Val centre!"

"Always lovely to stay here, staff are friendly. The rooms I’ve always stayed in have been tired, but clean enough. BEWARE, Don’t bother paying cash for the Tax de Sejour upon check out as you will then be charged AGAIN on your credit card you used for security upon check in. I’ve been contacting the hotel since I got back to the UK trying to get a refund, but 7 messages later and I still have not heard back from them. The only negative to an otherwise lovely annual visit."
