We had a lovely stay at the Alpensonne hotel. The staff were very helpful, polite and spoke very good English. The room was very nice, spacious, clean and it had everything necessary. We enjoyed the beer fridge, the multiple sitting areas in the hotel, as well as the pool and a massage. The breakfast was amazing, a great variety of food and beverages. The staff went the extra mile and prepared a special breakfast table for my partner's boyfriend alongside with a card and champagne. We will definitely revisit the hotel and recmoomend it to our friends.

Bad the room is so difrent than in the photos , you can put one leg in bed and ather leg in toilet , I got shock with it don't spend your money there .

Dripping with alpine charm.
The hotel is dripping in Alpine charm. It is a five minute walk from the lake front. The rooms are older, but in good repair. No air-conditioning - but the windows open and at altitude the nights generally cool off. Free off street parking. For the modest fee, the in room WiFi was slow and not reliable. The breakfast buffet is very good with a nice variety. The lake is charming, we rented an electric boat for a pre-dinner cruise (10-Euros for 30 minutes.) There are several interesting restaurants down on the lake front.
