We came in to town for the Nascar race. This hotel was amazing and the staff was so accommodating. I would recommend this to anyone who wanted a beautiful, clean, wonderful place to stay. The food was excellent and the staff was always there to help in any way they could.
The room was very clean and the facilities were too. Everything had been renovated recently and was very appealing to myself and my family. The meal that they provided was very good and everything was neat.
Stay was nice. The rooms were cleaned regularly and there's a nice set up. The only issues I had was the jacuzzi was broken, which is why I spent more money on this hotel versus going to a closer one to my destination. I was pretty peeved about that. The beds were not super comfy unless you like stiff mattresses.
I was somewhat nervous after booking a room and reading the reviews. I had prepared myself for almost anything. Myself and 3 others were staying for an event in Concord that had ALL of the other hotels in the area booked up. I was pleasantly surprised when we got to the hotel. The staff was nice, the room was nice and we didn't have any issues the 3 nights we stayed. I would stay there again.
I booked 2 rooms, 1 for me & my husband and 1 for my parents. And I'm so happy I did! We traveled to NC for my cousins wedding. The Courtyard is in a great location, close to shopping and restaurants with easy access to the highways. The rooms where clean and so comfortable. The hotel was pretty full due to a car convention but you would never know it. We didn't hear anyone- it was so quite at night! The staff was very friendly. They also have a Starbucks in the lobby, which was just an added bonus to an already fantastic hotel. Would definitely stay here again when traveling back to see my family in NC.
