"Love staying at Drury inn, only thing was the food for evening wasn't that great, was wanting fajitas, not the italian"

"Booked a king suite with a pull out bed. Went to pull off the cushions for the pull out bed and got a whiff of pee smell. Flipped over the cushion and it had a big wet pee spot like someone had an accident and tried to hide it. Told the older woman at the front desk and she did what she could but she was all alone running that place. Ended up having to buy a blow up mattress for my daughter to sleep on. The hallway smelled strongly of marijuana. Maintenance guy walks around without a shirt on changing out the trash can liners. I could go on but I'll stop there. La Quinta used to be a decent place....not anymore"

"I was a solo female traveler. The room was so gross. What seemed to be dirt marks in shower, cracked tub, and just filth all over the bathroom. The bed looked cleanish. But the whole room stunk like cigarettes. The hallways were dark and I felt very unsafe. Outside the building every morning there were several homeless/ drunk people hollering or trying to ask me questions. I would not recommend to anyone! Especially if you are a female traveling alone!!"

Cozy Bungalow in a nice friendly neighborhood

"The bungalow was very cozy. It had parking around back that was nice because that is the door you go into. It was pretty clean but there was cobwebs on the light in the bathroom which is not a big deal. The bathroom is small. But there were plenty of towels stored in one of the bed rooms if you needed more. The beds where very comfortable but one of them was low to the floor so if you have a hard time getting up like my husband and I do you might want to use the other bed which we did. So our son got the low one. The decor was very nice. There is just a regular coffee make no Keurig coffee maker which I guess I am spoiled because that’s what I like. My husband likes his coffee strong and I don’t. The only problem that I had which is my fought because I did not tell the host that I have problems with fragrances , because there was an air freshener plugged in so I just unplugged it.But I would definitely recommend this place.We stayed for 3 nights and it was nice."

"Everything was superb. Breakfast was plentiful, always fresh coffee for an early 5am riser like me. Location was perfect for our weekend event at the Ford center. This hotel was totally booked for the weekend and the staff was top notch. Only a small issue was the room refrigerator was cool, not cold and without a freezer section. No room microwave but the lobby microwave was accessible. This Hyatt is still a “10” in my opinion!! Fabulous job!!"

"Saturday morning tried to order room service for breakfast and they said they were to busy that we could come down and get it but what is the point of that if you offer something you should make sure that it’s available for you customers to use it put us behind for the rest of the morning"
