This hotel is beautiful, updated and great, the room was a little warm but I should have called the front desk that's my fault. The bathroom was like a Spa itself! They have a snack tray that you can purchase snacks in the room or they have a nice little shop you can visit. The Anerican Q has a very limited lunch and Dinner menu so we didn't try it but the BBQ smelled good. Just wish there were more options. Same with late room service so limited. The Spa was a different story, not enough employees and they really messed up my daughters hair badly. This is not the Hotels fault but think twice about letting them color your hair a specialty color, they did a terrible job. Ombré should not be a problem for a specialty spa and salon like Aveeda, but they really messed it up.
I would definately return to The B Resort and Hotel, as the Hotel itself is wonderful.
located close to a multitude of restaurants including an excellent in house breakfast buffet, complimentary shuttles to major theme parks and shopping malls, parking if you are driving, but most importantly a pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful staff..in particular Courtnie at front desk who set the tone for a memorable stay. I shall be returning to the Radisson sooner rather than later
We recently stayed 1 night at the Holiday Inn Lake Buena Vista. I chose this hotel because it was near Downtown Disney, the other Disney parks and the price was competitive with others in the area. We were really impressed with the level of customer service we experienced by every employee. They were extremely courteous, helpful and genuine. The rooms were spacious, clean and up to date. We pre-paid for the breakfast buffet when I booked the room and were very impressed with the wide selection of food and incredible value. There was an omelet station, waffles, pancakes, bacon, potatoes, sausage, breads and pastries. Everything was delicious. We also had dinner in the hotel. We had intended to eat at Downtown Disney, but every restaurant had at least a 30-45 minute wait. We decided to try the restaurant at the hotel and loved everything about the meal. The waiter was top notch, the food was very good and the prices were slightly less than those at Downtown Disney (without the wait, crowds and noise level). We were happy with our decision.
The hotel was really nice and convenient to all attractions. You can walk to Downtown Disney or take the free shuttle bus to the attractions. The staff was very pleasant except for one lady who worked the morning shift at the 24 hour snack bar counter. She seemed like she was having a bad day one of the mornings we were leaving to visit an attraction. I went in to get change from her for the valet and with an attitude she says she didn't have change for a $20. If I needed to buy something to get change that is all she had to say I could have easily done that. But other than that the hotel is a wonderful place to stay. Our last day their we did the character breakfast and Cheila was a very delightful waitress. I would definitely stay there again.!
