"I showed up during the correct check out window in my booking and I was informed that my hotel room “was no longer available”. They said they tried to call me, but I did not receive any calls. They tried to put us in a much smaller and not as nice room in a different hotel nearby that they owned. I immediately left and had to book a different hotel. I have never had such a terrible experience booking a hotel online."

"Very comfortable hotel right on the beach. Amazing views of the sea and mountains from the room. Free beach for hotel residents. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Sea water pool for children. At first, we settled in a very old room, but at our request, they found another one, which we were very pleased with. There is only one drawback: there is no elevator :) The administration responded very quickly and promptly to any requests. Thanks to all! Special thanks to Ivanna!"

Premises are pristine in cleanliness but preserves overall natural setting including pomegranate trees in the courtyard. "Das einzig gute an der Unterkunft war die Lage direkt am Strand und der Meerblick vom Balkon. Rest sehr enttäuschend. Die Buchubg kam nicht an, sodass am ersten Tag keine Zimmer frei waren. "Fant dette stedet i siste øyeblikk etter en kansellering fra det første hotellet vi booket. Eieren er kjempe hyggelig og hjelper til når barna har en gresshoppe krise på rommet😂 rommet er stort og har de fasilitetene man trenger. "Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this property. On arrival there was no one on location to receive us. There was no signage, and we had to rely on the profile pictures to know we were at the correct location. The building was shuttered close. Trying the door, it was locked and no one answered the bell. We tried calling the contact number but received only a voice message. After an hour of waiting, we needed to make arrangements at another property. We contacted Hotels.com to inquire about a refund. The agent contacted the property owner who denied the refund as it was a nonrefundable booking. Keep in mind we did not cancel or not show up. We arrived at the property mid-afternoon but could not access the property. After Hotels.com contacted the property owner we did receive an email from the owner stating they were open and ready to receive us. This was after 7:00 pm in the evening. We responded to the email, explaining the situation, and we never heard back from the property owner. Hotels.com has since been unsuccessful contacting the property owner and getting us a refund. We are extremely disappointed with this property owner for holding us responsible to pay for a booking at a property that was ultimately not accesible to us, at no fault of our own."
