"The hotel staff was wonderful, especially the reception desk and the housecleaning staff. They were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts at the Millenium Restaurant were very good, though it was crowded when tour groups were in attendance. They should consider extending their hours to accommodate more people and adding more staff to clear tables quicker; the restaurant employees were working hard, but they were shorthanded. Finally, the hotel is well-maintained, but there was a lack of hot water during three of the 13 days I stayed there. This may be more of an issue with the Ulaanbaatar water system rather than the hotel."
