We also have our team in-charge to monitor the construction regularly so that the noise will stay under control. We're incredibly sorry that our efforts were still lacking and could not prevent your lack of experience with us, sir.We also regret to know the accident your partner had with hair discoloration. Although chlorine and copper are not harmful substance, we understand we need to properly control the amount for the best condition of our pool. We can't apologize enough for causing you this frustation. But we will surely have this discussed with our management and be more careful in performing our pool maintenance so this situation will not happen again. We would also to sincerely apologize for our fridge malfunction and the issue with our main pool. We always make sure to do routine maintenance to our home and properly check our room before arrival of our guests to ensure everything is working well.
