"The owner Tom was very helpful with moving our room to a floor level room as trying to carry a lot of heavy suitcases for an international with a toddler at 4am was just not doable for us. And it was no dramas for him to accommodate our family.
Loved that it was a young family owning and operating the venue.
Definitely would stay again but would book directly through the hotels website for all the correct details. As Wotif states a shuttle bus which is not provided however hotel emailed almost immediately of booking, thankfully. And third party did not state upper and lower level room only access via stairs especially having an international airport around the corner.
We were truly grateful for the little chicken coop down the back and little cubby house Mr 3 year old was very impressed.
