If you are an car lover, the old Fiat test track on the roof will please you no end. I wish the room had a kettle but that is me being British

Excellent! Nice Rooms with Designer Furniture
It is a property close to the Ovalo convention ceneter, with good size rooms that have very nice designer furniture. Some designs are form the beginning of the 19th Century. Service was excellent!!

Stayed here because of the connection with the fiat factory and of course the film . It did not disappoint . Great building . Walked on the iconic pista 500. Room was brilliant and loved the style . Opposite the Lingotto metro stop . Only criticism cold bacon and egg at breakfast !

Lovely hotel - rooms spotlessly clean, free parking right outside and staff very welcoming. Metro station is next to the hotel to take you into the main part of the city and a large shopping centre right next door. Eataly, with various restaurants, is just around the corner. However, very disappointed that the Fiat roof area/track was closed for an event. This was our reason for choosing this hotel and although we understand that the hotel has no control over when the roof is closed, we feel that they should have notified guests in advance that the it was closed - there wasn’t even anything on the hotel website to say that it was wasn’t accessible and the roof area was still being promoted

Extremely rude and unhelpful staff - not everyone but more than one person. Given a twin bed despite asking for a double - no option to change. Room itself large and clean - the cleaning staff were great. Breakfast was a disaster as it was so busy that things ran out and it was chaos.

The hotel itself is great. It's not in a very nice location, but that's expected given it is a convention centre hotel. There is an Eataly right next door which is great for food.

Fantastic Hotel
A fantastic hotel with amazing, large rooms with easy access to shops, restaurants, museums and of course shrouded in history of it being the Fiat factory. The staff are fantastic - extremely friendly and helpful. The food is great.

Ok hotel
Great location (away from city center, connected to a mall, and close to all services). Very spacious and airy rooms with lots of light from the huge windows. Properly equipped bathroom and facilities, despite being old and tired. Asked about my upgrade, receptionist said “you will get what you have booked, nothing more”. I am eligible for a double upgrade based on availability. The hotel was almost empty, rooms of all types available to be booked. Very strange reaction and treatment. The hotel suffers from very poor quality of house keeping. Besides changing towels, the bathrooms are hardly cleaned or touches. Occasional hairs and leftovers could be fine after the daily cleaning. Not up to expected normal standards at all. Team at reception were friendly in general, and Elaina stood out as very helpful. Still good value as the prices were low, given its out-of-CityCentre location and no events in the nearby exhibition center. I would come back only if I am on business, or if the prices is half or more than other good hotels.

Fabulous hotel set in the old fiat factory. Huge airy rooms with tea and coffee making facilities and fridge. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Free entry into museum to look at old fiat racing track on top of the building with amazing views of Turin.

Great hotel. Large, comfortable rooms. Clean. Friendly staff. Noisy pipes however did interrupt my sleep. It has a racing track on the roof!!!

Very unique experience to stay at the hotel with the history and the amazing architecture. The rooms was furnished very nicely and fit the industrial aspect of the hotel. Highly recommended

Full service hotel in Lingotto area of Turin
Large rooms and clean, but showing a bit of wear in the halls and public area. Large bathroom, clean and modern. Convenient to events in Palavela and local shopping. Some local restaurants. A metro stop is nearby. Breakfast had lots of variety, but hot food was luke warm at best. Cold eggs - yuch.

Staff were great, room spacious and very clean. Bar and dining area was a bit basic so not great for a nightcap or dining. Might be better in the summer as the outside part looked nice.

The best hotel we have ever stayed in.
From reception to house-keeping this hotel could not be faulted. Every request was met with a smile and a can do attitude. A special mention should be given to Fabricio (waiter) who went the extra kilometre during our stay. We will be back next year, can't wait!

Recommended by a colleague. Lovely hotel. Great use of the old Fiat factory and loved the individual touches that harked back to this. Definitely ask for a ticket to go to the test track. It was absolutely stunning. Loved the fact that they have turned it into a garden and loved the Pinotecca Agnelli with their bijoux art collection of 24 pieces. Very close to Lingotto metro stop, which takes you directly to Porto nuovo. As a solo traveller, my only gripe is that Porto nuovo is still a walk to the historic centre, which was done in the heat. A minor point but relevant. Had a great stay overall.
