Lovely Hotel, very friendly staff, delicious morning breakfast. Clean spacious rooms. Located not far from the main train station, where you’ll find plenty of shops and bars.

Worth the money
Overall good hotel. Clean ans comfortable. The parking is expensive and there's no other choice. One major probelm ials that they disabled the air-conditioning "because it's October'. It is October but it's also hot and I'm paying for a room with aircon. Very helpful and welcoming staff.

There is construction at the hotel so getting dropped off by a taxi is incredibly difficult. There seemed to be confusion with the staff when we asked to use the jacuzzi - they didn’t realize it was locked, there were no towels, it was dirty. The actual room was nice even though the shower stall leaked so we used a bunch of towels to clean up the floor. Overall, it was okay, has the potential to be great.

Good room and convenient location
This is standard Best Western hotel - upper 3 star. Checking in took 20 minutes on day of arrival, which wasn't great. We received a good quality, clean twin room with shower, good TV, Coffee machine and Fridge at the back of the hotel on the 3rd floor. We were happy with the room. Breakfast was well laid out, enough for us and good value. The location is convenient for the Rail station, Metro and local attractions. The hotel advertises a Sauna, Wellness facility and an Executive Garden. All these facilities were closed. Using Covid as an excuse is not acceptable - either stop advertising these facilities or offer a refund. Even the downstairs Toilets were closed.

Hotel room good & breakfast can be better
A very clean and friendly hotel. Bed is comfortable, we had a good sleep during our stay. The breakfast is very basic and a bit expensive for this what you get. But overall i am happy with the stay

Great stay
Always a pleasure to stay there, great reception ann very nice clean rooms. Location is great, 10 mins walking from the train station and a few from San Salvario with its many restaurants and bars.

Location of hotel excellent staff & service very good all round cleanliness of the rooms & very comfortable beds excellent, coffee machine & fridge safe in room. Good breakfast and plenty of choice catered for. Free Wifi area & lounge area excellent for kids & adults to spend time. Excellent choice of hotel tastefully decorated interior. Elizabetta & Stephen in reception extremely helpful definitely recommend this modern hotel!

Great staff service, very prompt to help and pleasent. Goid breakfast and also close to Valentino park. Close enough to rail main station and around loads of restaurants. Ideal place.

The location was excellent (3 mins walk) next to marconi station (1 station far from Porta Nuova). Breakfast was good, can have a bit more variety.. I was disappointed from the cooling system, it wasnt functioning bcz as the staff said it was winter ... well i think the guest should have the option to choose his room temperature (cold or warm). The staff was helpful when and before arriving through messages ... I would give the hotel an excellent rating but not having the option to choose the temperature that i want in my room and stuck with the warm temperature made it a good experience instead of excellent !

This property had a great location near the train station. Close to restaurants and historical areas. The room was a good size for Europe. It included a fridge and kettle for hot water. Participated in a green program. It has a small fitness room and nice rooftop area. Bed was comfortable enough. Room 601 is near the elevator and there was some noise from that.

Staff were lovely and couldn’t be more helpful. The two jacuzzis were disappointing and the outride one needed to be cleaned, the inside one needed to be cleaned also with more chlorine added. BEWARE LAUNDRY CHARGES!!!! Put clothes to ge laundered on our last day in and was stunned at the overall price upon return of the goods. Check first.

The hotel is modern and the services are great. However, the jacuzzi at the rooftop was not clean which prevented us from using it.

Average at best. Room very dated and smelt a little. Fine for two nights, not that central. Air conditioning was very weak and the room was very stuffy. Wouldn’t recommend.

Immaculately clean rooms definitely make this a wonderful hotel. Art in the hotel is from Bali, a most unexpected treat to see. The breakfasts were so extensive and good they became brunch for me.

Have stayed at this Hotel on previous occasions which is within a 10 min walk of the Central Station. Rooms are of a good size and the Hotel is clean and well presented. Staff are efficient and courteous. Downside is the breakfast... first day no scrambled eggs just fried eggs all over cooked...no bacon just small sliced sausage even though both were available on other stays. Second morning scrambled egg and bacon appeared however both were cold and the bacon was over cooked to the extent is was nearly black. The rest were slim pickings and basically not worth the extra cost. The hotel lost power in the early hours of the morning and had and extended period of several hours blacked out. No hot water until the late afternoon.
