This is standard Best Western hotel - upper 3 star. Checking in took 20 minutes on day of arrival, which wasn't great.
We received a good quality, clean twin room with shower, good TV, Coffee machine and Fridge at the back of the hotel on the 3rd floor. We were happy with the room.
Breakfast was well laid out, enough for us and good value.
The location is convenient for the Rail station, Metro and local attractions.
The hotel advertises a Sauna, Wellness facility and an Executive Garden. All these facilities were closed. Using Covid as an excuse is not acceptable - either stop advertising these facilities or offer a refund. Even the downstairs Toilets were closed.
