Worst experience ever! We had requested a crib for my 9month old daughter and the hotel didn't have one. The woman at the desk was also very rude.

Big spacious room, quite minimalist in design but comfy bed and good shower. Breakfast had a good mix of pastries and breads with a bit of cheese and meat, yoghurt and fruit - great for us but perhaps not so good if you like a full English. Public transport stops are outside and the hotel sells day travel cards for €4-5. Otherwise there are loads of e-scooters around or it’s quite a long walk into town.

The staff were friendly enough and did their upmost best to help and accommodate the customers. I was disappointed as there isn’t a restaurant for lunch and dinner however the breakfast is very good. It’s very close to transport into the main city. The rooms are nice of modern decor. Staff are helpful and also speak English.

Comfortable hotel near tram link to centre
We needed 24 hrs reception and transfer from our late night flight which the hotel arranged for us. All went very smoothly with driver waiting at airport. Beds were very comfortable and we were happy with our 4 man room with plenty of space for my family for the night. Breakfast was good too. Bought our tram tickets at reception which give 100 minutes travel on local bus and trams for about €6.50 I think. Able to leave our luggage whilst we explored Turin. Very happy with our stay.

Torino trip
Very nice hotel suitable for both business and pleasure when visiting Torino. Staff was very helpful and breakfast was very good. Rooms are also quite large and the wifi was good.

Very clean room. Friendly Staff. Good area for transportation. Only I didn't like the shower, it was in the bathtub with a very high step to enter the tub. A little difficult with my bad knees. The rest of the bathroom was clean and very good. Otherwise a very good hotel with a nice breakfast. I would stay here again if I'm in Torino, Italy.

Very happy w the hotel
We only stayed for a night. The location was so so, but the staff was very friendly and give us tips about places to eat (not too far) and how to get there. The room was good, pleasantly surprised. Good bang for your buck

Good value and refurbishment did not cause any real problems. Not in the greatest area but tram/bus frequent to centre. Shame the little touches, bbc tv, tea / coffee facilities not available as highlighted. Reception service and breakfast excellent. Overall would use again.

The hotel is called now Best Quality Hotel Politechnico. It has been refurbished just some months ago, all the furniture is new (albeit a bit on the cheap side) but it offers the same comfort of a 4 star hotel anywhere in Italy. For once, my double bed actually had a king size mattress, not just two single matresses squeezed together. Breakfast was rather simple, but with all the basics you would need. I arrived really late for breakfast and there was no more omelette. Check-out was super easy. Tramline 15 runs just in front of the hotel, directly to Piazza Castello - 10 min or less.

Too Far from City Center
This hotel is ok for the price. Watch about the extra fees for breakfast. It was not included in our price and it was not cheap. We ended up finding a place to buy food and ate in our room. This hotel is close to the dorms of the school my son was studying at, but nothing else. I would look for something closer to the city center if I were traveling again as this hotel is really nothing special.

Stayed at San Paolo only on night. The hotel was located in a decent area, though somewhat boring and uneventful. The room we stayed at was abundant for two people, it even included a small kitchenette which we did not use. I must emphasize that the hotel was clean - we were a bit worried that the low price we paid would suggest dirty rooms, but were wrong. Overall I was pleased with the stay. The breakfast included in our nightly rate was a nice extra perk to have.

This place was great - the rooms were very simple (university residence-style) but had a little kitchenette and the service at the front desk and the breakfast were simply wonderful. So friendly and so helpful! Location is fine - but stop is right out front and you are downtown in about 8 minutes!

OK for a short stay
The hotel is OK for a short stay, but for more than 3 days I would not recommend. Surrounding the hotel is depressing, in fact the hotel is in the industrial part of town in the former building of Fiat. What I can positively assess is the breakfast which was plentiful and tasty.
