The unit was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was huge and newly renovated with washing machine and dryer. The kitchen was original but newly painted and clean. The bed was comfortable. The unit was very spacious. I had no problems with the accommodation.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here for a week. Well equipped and located within a short walk to facilities, beach and cycling/walking paths. Very clean unit and common bbq facilities. Great value for money. Highly recommend!

Overall experience was nice, property owner communicated quite well, house was also clean and tidy and location was near to Tumby Bay beach. But we have noticed bad wifi data connection which created some issues for us. Thanks to Property Owner for warm welcome with Christmas goodies :-)

We stayed at the Modra’s Appartments in June 2023 The staff were friendly and very helpful. The appartments complex was dated but were clean and comfortable. The main room included the kitchen, lounge and bedroom all in one. The bed was comfortable and shower was good. The seperate bathroom had a washing machine and dryer which was handy. Each apartment had its own car parking spot at the side door. It was adequate for a short term stay.

our cabin was all self contained, everything was there just to relax and enjoy our stay. Our hosts great but sad to know that although they have been responsible for this award winning accommodation for 30 years, they are leaving. Hopefully the next owners will continue this great place.

Outstanding stay. Everything you need is in the apartment could not fault it. The only thing I could say was the clock battery must have been kaput. Highly recommend it to anyone wishing to stay in Tumby we will certainly be back.

The apartments are in a great location with a short walk into town along the Bay. Spotlessly clean with everything you need (cutlery, linen etc), quiet and in a lovely setting with palms and greenery all around. Looking forward to staying here again sometime

Overnight stay
An overnight stay but had a very large bathroom with washing machine and dryer so if you were staying for longer it had all you needed. The bed was comfortable and the main room had plenty of space so you didn't feel cramped.

I liked the spacious room and it was clean and beds comfortable. It was of course a bit dated but it was freshly painted and clean and had everything we needed and the hosts were super friendly. It would have been a bonus to have internet but had to sit in front of the office for it.

The rooms are old but have been refurbished and they are spotlessly clean. Beds really comfortable. Excellent value for money
