WISH I COULD GIVE THEM A 0 !!!! Booked a room through Expedia and when we got to hotel, we were told there were no rooms available. Asked for a refund & was told to go thru Expedia. Expedia called the hotel & they said the room was non-refundable & they weren’t booked. LIARS!!!

It would have been helpful if breakfast is included that you mention that it isn’t free and that you have to pay to park the hotel was very nice and pool was nice but our air didn’t work the first night and we were hot and it did get fixed for second night but I feel I should have been compensated

Only complaint was noise from the next room late into the night. It must have been designed as a connecting room to the room next door and was not sound proof. Heard their alarm ring the next morning.

The only thing is I wish the pillows were bigger. Did not seem they were even standard size. Also, we came back later. We asked for a blanket and never got a return call. I was cold. My husband was not. But the lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful!

Our room was great! Everything was clean and un working order. The lobby was nice. A surprise in our stay was the breakfast and lunch buffet. The price was reasonable, and the team was hard-working, friendly, and excellent. Kudos to them. Our only disappointments were the location of our room (Rm 442 with a view of the roof) and the hot tub and pool (because we chose the hotel for that reason). Apparently, a pump had gone out, and we were told it wasn't repaired yet. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

Front desk told us they gave away our room, front desk was understaffed and overwhelmed. The parking garage would not let you out and front desk would not answer the page to help. The refrigerator in our room was so loud and annoying, sleep was interrupted multiple times.

I don't mean to complain or bug. However, I tried to use the pool and jacuzzi amenities offered by Hilton, and the pool had been overrun by 25 kids (uncontrolled) and several adults and the jacuzzi and pool was cold that I was unable to use any of the amenities! When speaking to a guy I assume the maintenance employee, he stated that neither will be available for warming until the morning possibly! (This is disappointing being i paid for all these to get away.) My check in took forever! Just not happy at all or impressed for the amount of money spent!

The Tulsa Oklahoma Warren Place Doubletree Hotel
The Doubletree, Warren place is located on a beautiful campus in south Tulsa, Oklahoma. It is near several nice places to eat including a Steak House and Mexican fast food. St. Francis Hospital is across the street for those with family in the hospital. The hotel has a wonderful, heated indoor pool with hot tub. Some rooms have a small, outdoor balcony.

The hotel pool and hot tub were great. What i didn't like was the charge for parking. That is ridiculous. For what they charge they should not charge to park. And...i saw nothing on the website telling me of this charge.

Not worth the money
The bed and pillows had blood stains on them. The refrigerator was froze and didn't work. There was pubic hair in the shower. The telephone didn't work to call the front desk. It took me going downstairs to the front desk twice and almost 2 hours to get extra towels. I am VERY disappointed with my stay
