Our tub in the room had not been cleaned, evidenced by all the hair on the drain. We were there for a 2 night stay, and there was no maid service, which was surprising. The furniture in our room was very dated and the couch was soiled. The air in our room barely worked so we were warm in the room as it never reached a cooling temperature. But...on the positive side, the room was very big and spacious. Free breakfast was decent as well. The lobby is nice and well tended to.

The front desk night shift are very arrogant and not very approachable . They’re more like a security type attitude than welcoming. When you arrived from a long road trip you hoping that you’ll have at least a very friendly ppl upfront.. damn I don’t mind that the place is very old and not up to date, I can always overlook that with at par customer service. I hope the owner will randomly check their workers.

I love the ambiance of this lovely hotel but this trip.wasnt the best. We made reservations with an early check in and a roll away bed. When I got there to check in i was notified that usually chexk in is at 3 but Im lucky to get to check in early because my room is done. When i said I had paid for early checkin she said ok. She wasnt very friendly and never once smiled or acted welcoming...to the contrary, I felt like I was an. Inconvenience. When I got to my room both televisions were not hooked up and furniture was pulled away from the wall. We did like thr maintenance man. He seemed very kind and he fixed the television issues. There wasnt a roll away waiting so we asked for one and it was brought up promptly.

In entering they had painted or spray painted the waterfall and it was an intoxicating smell that gave me a bad headache. The bedspread and linens were old and had stains on sheets . The bathroom towels were old too . I regret staying three

Pros: Friendly staff, Rooms available, address concerns promptly Centrally located Cons: AC’s didn’t work, had to change rooms 4 times. Shower head came off while showering. Leaking athroom sink, could only use hot water., Dirty towels Non-working tv’s Pool and jacuzzi are dirty. pool closes at 8pm. Jacuzzi jets aren’t strong; children under 14yrs were in jacuzzi. Gift shop is NEVER open. Wilbur Pub: ONLY OPEN on weekends Laundry facilities and workout rooms close at 8pm.

This is obviously an older property and they’ve done some renovations. It kind of has that 60s glam throwback flavor, but the rooms were large, clean and quiet. We only spent one night but it was certainly worth it and I would go back.

Nice location with many nearby restaurants. The facility looks nice from the outside and maintained clean. Staff are friendly and they provide a nice breakfast too. But the beds are rickety, the light switches are wobbly and do not turn on/off easily and there are literally no points for charging phones or other devices near the bed or in the room.

Furnishings and linens were very old. Walls and baseboards were scarred in several places. Room had a bleach smell (from cleaning I'm sure) the two nights we stayed there.

Stayed two nights mid-week. No dining options on property except for breakfast. Front desk staff were courteous and efficient. Property had kind of a "tired" look and could use a refreshing. Suites were comfortable and offered quiet and privacy.

Like the overview of tbe property. But the rooms need to update furniture. Carpets in the hallways are dirty. Over all I like the staying there, employees are accommodating and cordial. Breakfast is very good, but menu should be changed for those of us staying 3-4 days, like adding pancakes/french toast.

After spending two weeks in Arizona we began to wonder if we would ever find a hotel that was clean until we stayed here. The room was very nice with a separate sitting area off of the bedroom. The king bed was very comfortable. These things should be a given but believe me they are not the norm. We will stay here again
