The word Quality has no association with this property. I would never stay at this hotel again. The lack of basic necessities is appalling. No microwave, no coffee maker, no drinking cups, no Kleenex in the room, The towels are skimpy to the point of being threadbare. Common areas were drab and shabby. The east side of the property is adjacent to a large noisy industrial facility seperated from the parking lot by a 10' tall fence with concertin wire on top. The parking area does not seem safe. .... and don't even asl me about the pile of we dirty linen on the hallway floor. Never again!

It really feels like the last maintenance person died a year ago and was never replaced. It was missing the smoke detector, the window screen and the door sign. Unbelievably bad, the worst hotel ever.

I went there because friends were staying there to be near the airport. They upgraded their room but I was put in the area where they housed migrants. It was dirty in the hallways with trash left on the carpet all weekend. The towels were threadbare and the shower barely worked. The manager spoke very little English or pretended to not know what I meant when I asked for an upgrade. It was quiet and I survived but it was not my choice.

if it wasn't for all the friendly front desk staff i would rated this place a 0/5. the first room i checked into wasn't cleaned after the previous guests, trash left on bedside table and linens were stripped. they quickly let me check into a new room which was clean. AC worked well. the halls had white residue on carpets,? saw a pill capsule on the carpet for two days straight no one bothered to vacuum. day of check out i found a large roach bellied up in the hall, and someone had thrown up all over where you can wheel your luggage to three parking lot so i had to carry it over the sidewalk to avoid it. also there are young men that seems to reside there or something that kept watching out the windows and as a solo female traveler this made me super anxious and have me bad vibes. i couldn't wait to leave. like i said in the beginning, the staff was so friendly and helpful.. i almost feel bad leaving such a bad review but I've been to quality inn before but this was my worst stay I've experienced.

This hotel is a disaster! Construction materials and debris in the lobby, tired conditions everywhere and a room next to heavy duty air conditioning units next door. I hope a major renovation is in the offing.

Front desk service was great and friendly. The room was not cleaned, there were smears all over the walls, doors and floor. Found old things left from other customers. Nothing was out together safe. The blow dryer was barely hanging on, the lock for the door was also barely hanging on. The tv wouldn’t turn on with remote and when it did the volume on the tv didn’t go up or down was just a full blast volume. The beds had sheets that were full of hair, burn wholes from smoking rooms when we stayed in a non smoking room. The bathroom had fecal smeared on it in the bathroom, the shower didn’t work well it hardy gave water and would get so hot you couldn’t turn it down to cool. Spend more and stay somewhere clean.

Good stay for the night - room clean
Good and comfy clean & decent for the price. Hot tub was closed bc of chemicals recently added bummer I needed that but not hotels fault. Rooms were renovated and clean. Hallways and elevator not so much but hey it’s the room that matters. Fyi security deposit is $100; however, they let you pay in cash (there’s an atm in lobby) so as soon as you check out they give the cash right back so much better than using a card and waiting around 5-7 business days.

Why is this hotel still open and charging for people to sleep there. It is dirty, bathrooms are not clean, beds are not clean. The place looks like a drug house. And around it, you will see junkies coming and going.

Long black hairs and what looked to be food in the bed. The lobby and room was overpowered with an extremely gross chemical smell. Used toilet paper on the bathroom floor. We left and the clerk gave us a full refund. Spend a little extra at the La Quinta by the airport.

Buyer beware. What you see may not be what you get
This hotel was in the process of renovating the property. The pictures are deceiving and don't give a complete picture of what we encountered. The room my husband and I stayed in was partially remodeled. The bed and linens were adequate and comfortable. The carpet was stained with many soiled spots and a bright red stain at the entrance of the room. The bathroom remodel was incomplete with wallboard patches where there had been water damage. The tub and fixtures had not yet been replaced. The door had water damage along the bottom edge because there is no space between the door and floor. Additionally the electric outlet on the sink vanity was not functional. I could go on and on about many things that could have been addressed before this room was released to be reserved by an overnight guest. To make matters worse the website advertised a "Free hot breakfast." When I inquired while checking into the hotel, the front desk attendant told me it would be a grab and go continental breakfast. I am only writing this review because I think the hotel should have had the integrity to disclosed this information before accepting my reservation. Because they didn't, I felt obligated to do inform others. Buyer beware. What you see is not always what you get.

Bathroom disaster
The bedroom was basically fine but the bathroom was terrible---there had obviously been a ceiling leak in bathroom and they had tried to stop by plastering over it--very messy. Also there was no cold water--just burning hot water in sink and bathtub so taking a shower or even washing your hands in sink was impossible. Also bathroom was very old, dirty bathtub and floor of bathroom was old tile not very clean. It made for a very miserable stay. The bedroom was ok and looked as if it had been redone recently.

Don’t book at this hotel. The place is falling apart and smells like cigarettes and febreeze to attempt to cover up. The whole hotel is disgusting. I got in the room and found another hotel. I wasted $140 . I wasn’t expecting a 5 stars hotel obviously but the pictures are extremely misleading. I was expecting a hotel that would be old but clean. Run away from the place.

It’s under full renovation. Tripping hazards in the hallways. Tiles and toilet seats leaning up against the walls in the hallways. There were stray hairs all over the bed sheets. The tile around the toilet is shattered (a medical danger to my feet) the ceiling is about to cave in. The hotel should not even be being used in the condition it is in. Breakfast? A JOKE. The butt ends of loaves of bread in an uncovered container, no tongs, no fruit, absolutely absurd.

It looks like they are trying to renovate unfortunately it makes the hotel look dirtier. Our room had holes in the ceiling, very stained carpet and couch. Bathroom fan was falling out of the ceiling and looks like there were multiple holes filled in poorly. Tub was stained and had old cigarette burns. Faucet was broken on the tub. Tv did not work at all. Desk staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be.
